Nick Graduates from Jail to College

Nick HoganNick Hogan is going from one institution to another.

A source close to the family tells TMZ Nick is shopping around town for a new pad because he's planning on moving to L.A. for school. Driving school, perhaps?

We're told Nick is looking to make a "fresh start" and sometimes that's hard to do so in the city you grew up in -- which also happens to be where your best friend is comatose.

He better find a school near his house or get himself a bus pass -- his license is suspended until May 2011.

Not even Jesus will forgive the evil things you have wished upon a child none of you know. It's unforgivable, even more so than what Nick did.

54. Accidents do happen but what Nick did was no accident. He chose to drive like a moron, and now because of it his so-called friend is a veg. Nick has shown no remorse, and has not even seen or talked to his friend. The fact he didn't even serve his time in real jail is a crime. If Nick would have served his time like everyone else, I am sure justice would have been served.

58. i dont think that any one with their negative comments has ever had a family member go through this situation..... so no one has the right to be so negative..............yes they are public figures but there is nothing positive about being negative................ let the kid go to college and do something with his life.................we can all see from the show that nick was an average teen just like anyone else............kids make mistakes ....................i said it once and i will keep saying it...................nick did not get up that morning and say to him self "i think ill go and crash my car and hurt my good friend." it was a tragic accident.................. we all wish peace for the family of the injured young man.......... his life has changed and there is nothing that can change that...........only positive energy from everyone...........and just imagine how nick must feel..............he cant even go and visit his friend because everyone would turn it into a circus ............ its a horrible accident and we should leave it alone......................... nick.........hang in there............remember that everyone has an opinion and most will be negative ..........that is how our society is today............. focus on your education and do the right thing.................... i think its best to focus on your education
