He couldn't get to tom cruise could he? So wrong, if J Hud had moved them all, this wouldn't have happened. William would not be able to touch them in hollywood. But I realize they didn't want to move.

49. First and foremost, my condolences go out to the Hudson family. This is beyond horrible for anyone to go through. Why are so many of you cating stones at a time like this. I wonder if you would do it face to face instead behind the guise of your computers/monitors.... I am certain that there are so many regrets, what ifs, if onlys going on here. In my OPINION that should not be what this immediate message board should be resignating. As far as the unbelievable mother, I understand that she raised an incredible person in Jennifer and was attempting to do so with Julian. She lived there her entire life, so she just did not want to move. I believe someone made a valid point that Jennifer's reps should have insisted on security system/cameras due to Jennifer perhaps visiting or in general the riff-raff being drawn there. Please people look towards your heart in this situation.

52. I think the sad bottom line on this case is that if she had called the cops instead of calling William out on MySpace and other places, William would be in jail for theft, and her boy would be safe in momma's arms.

53. Is it really JHuds responsibility to take care of able-bodied adults?. I'm sure she did the best she could for them but she can only do so much. The poor child is just starting out. Don't be fooled, she probably is not worth as much as you think. She also has the responsibility of taking care of herself and maintaining her career (lawyers, assistants, agents, PR ppl). Not to mention paying uncle sam as a single individual in America.

You are so right. When Tom Cruise had just become famous his mother was still living in the hood. Now at the time she also had her daughter, step daughter, their boyfriends and several grandchildren of various parantage living with her. Facts then were differant, but still similar. Apparently, the two boyfriends just didn't get along with eachother. The police were constantly being called to the house. Now immediately after Tom signed on for risky business he bought his mother a $10 million dollar home on a private island. Long story short, Tom's mother was 2,000 miles away when his step siter's bf came home and saw his sisters bf sitting on the couch wearing a red bandana (flyin blood colors) and he just lit the house up kiling three people and paralyzing Tom Cruises step-nephew. After TC signed for Top Gun, he got all his relatives a new house and thankfully there has been no more violance in the Cruise family.

55. Hudson was all in if for herself. She should have made sure her family wanted to get away from all this. If I had a boatload of money I would do right by my family. their whole family has blood on their hands. Julia for bringing this douche bag into the house she is responsible for her carless actions. Her low self esteem has really paid off big time. I am not sure if the article says this fine upstanding memeber of the community is in jail or not. If they do have him incustody I would suggest some waterboarding might be in order I hear that works great.

57. #15 - he may not have been the last person to see him alive. We don't know that. When they find the car they will find the boy. They need to get a search team together and comb the Forest Preserve, where a lot of bodies show up. I wouldn't rule out her brother, Jason, either, because he had a home invasion last year and was shot. It could be the brother's involvement with who-knows-who, and it could be the husband. We don't know. But I know Chicago has a lot of surveillance cams, so they're looking at them, betcha! to see if they can spot the car.

Right now we don't know if JH's mom wanted to move, some people just don't want to leave their home. I hate to see JH blamed for not moving her mom.
