97. I am sorry, but I need to say something. What is going on with this country that we live in? I feel very bad that there is a little boy that is missing, he does not deserve to be going through what he is going through. Hopefully he is still alive.
That said, I cannot believe that I see comments saying that this is a time for waterboarding. I hope that the people making these comments are the same people that support waterboarding of terrorists... If they are then that is fine, if they are not, I have a huge problem with this. Ok, so waterboard someone to find a missing child is acceptable, but no no no dont waterboard someone who may know about a plot to kill hundreds or thousands of people. I just cannot believe anything anymore.

98. Jennifer's sister must be a real hoodrat to put her own child in harms way like that. She married a complete loser. A violent criminal. Her poor son doesn't stand a chance in that environment. What he must have witnessed in his seven years. Hopefully, they locate him safe and sound, but returning to that loser mother will assure more intense drama in his life.

100. What I don't understand is how she can bring that kind of vermin into her family/ He was a criminal when she married him. Julia must take some responsibility for this. To marry something like him and then to move him into your mother's house. That is the result of the chaos that the family now has to deal with. My heartfelt sympathies go out to Jennifer Hudson who was blessed enough to escape the horrors of the ghetto.

From what I know you(Jennifer) had tried or attempted to get your mother to move and unfortunately she declined. There was NO WAY you could have forced your mother to leave, you did the best you could by checking on her often. You know its sad that at a time like this people can be so mean and cruel to the situation. 102. #98: Have a heart! Julia is not worried about her hair right now. As for all of you posting about her choice of male companion, well I don't get it either. The only thing I can say is, I had a friend who was dating a loser. Everyone could see he was bad news but her. She married him (She was going to help/change him, you see). It was a disaster causing her years of anguish. I bet that's what happened to Julia. William just needed the right woman to love him and all would be well. The guilt she must be feeling now. I only hope if Julian doesn't make it, she doesn't do anything drastic.

103. THis is part of the hood that Obama was Community Oranizing for before he became State Senator. William Balfour is a convicted felon who tried to kill a person for their car. Kill a person for their dang ride. And the Hudson girl brings this trash home---something is very wrong when we have been given the public image of Jennifer and the Hudsons being so perfect, just your typical black family and then we learn this. Who would dare allow let alone let them keep bringing a convicted attempted murdering felon into their home and family.

Its an outrage and a social commentary on everything that is Black these days. I dont want Obama as President because I fear I will have to lower myself to start thinking and living this way. I'm scared and dont want to be that way.

104. what the hell was Julia thinking why would she want to be with a man who was in jail for attempted murder and other crimes.
I don't understand how she bring him into her family. A mother should always think of her children first he was no role model for Julian. I pray to God that they find Julian and he is safe but it does not look good for him. If they find him and he is not alive she will have to take her part in this mess that her choices created. She will never be able to forgive herself and that will be her punishment life can be very long. I hope for the best for Julian.

105. Some of you people freaking make me sick. There was a double murder here and a missing boy!!!! That is what we should focusing on and hopefully bring him home safe!! And solay needs to go back to school because she spells like a freaking 3rd grader and has no feelings for this family who is going through such pain right now. It doesnt matter where you come from This kind of tragedy is so horrible. She needs to shut her freaking mouth or tmz should block her its rediculous!!! I will be praying for the family that, the little boy comes home safely!!
