Chicago cops have found the body of a child and are investigating whether it's the body of Jennifer Hudson's nephew, Julian King. The medical examiner has not yet made an ID, but we are now told the body is that of a 7-year-old African American boy, the same age and race as Julian.
The body was found inside a 1994 white Chevy Suburban. It is the same SUV owned by Jason Hudson, the murdered brother of Jennifer. Before his arrest, cops were looking for William Balfour, the suspect and estranged husband of Jennifer's sister. The license plate of the Suburban matches Jason's SUV.
The SUV was found a few miles from the area where cops arrested Balfour.
The SUV is now being towed from the scene. Unclear if the body is still at the scene. No ID so far.
Neighbors say the vehicle has been parked there since Saturday. Balfour was arrested Friday night.
The SUV has been towed with the body still inside the vehicle. The SUV is now at a police garage in Chicago.

Let William Balfour's stay in prison be eternal and hellish. Every minute, every second. Let him never to be able to sleep out of fear. Let him never trust any of the food he's served. Let him alway seek to stay with in sight of a guard for fear of torture by his fellow prisoners. Let all his attempts to stay safe be futile.
So So sad..My heart is broken for the Hudson family. I was really praying they would find little Julian safe. What did he do to deserve this? NOTHING! He was a little precious little boy!!! The monster that did this to the Hudson family needs to pay with their pathetic life!!!!!!!

This is an absolute tragedy that this family should suffer in this manner. The Balfour mother, only a term loosely describing a breeder, stands before the public to defend this killer, she has raised, or mostly likely half raised is an abomination and should also be held responsible. The news has reported that Julia has been "married" to Balfour (different names?) for a while (how long is that?) because he has been in jail 7yrs and her son is only 7, so was he in jail when they "married?" did she knowingly marry a killer, robber and hostage taker? There are some serious gaps in this story and I truly believe that more horror will be reveled as it progresses. I pray for the soul of little Julian and his grandmother and uncle the ONLY true victims here God already has them in HIS care. The rest of them will have to answer for much.
They just said that one of the neighbors confronted the police chief because he himself called and reported the suv on Saturday morning and no one came out to check on it..... don't jump to conclusions so soon about the neighbors. He said he called and that at least one other neighbor called.
I say DON'T fry him. After thinking about it, why waste the tax payer dollars when the cons will do it for free! As we know, even harden criminals HATE child killers!
This is terrible. It takes a desperate person to commit murder. It takes a complete COWARD to murder an innocent child. This kid did absolutely NOTHING to deserve having his life cut short. His innocence was taken by seeing his uncle and grandmother murdered, and there is no telling how he suffered before finally being killed. I say we bring back public executions for people who commit such crimes. Either way, there is a special place in Hell for the person who did this unspeakable thing. I feel for the family in this situation. It's the worst thing that could ever happen to a family, and was completely senseless. There was absolutely no reason for these people to lose their lives.
#67: If you just watched the segment above on FOX CHICAGO, they had a police conference and a man walked up and said, "I CALLED YOU SATURDAY MORNING TO TELL YOU THIS VEHICLE WAS SITTING IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSE AND NO ONE CAME. AS A CONCERNED CITIZEN, WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG??" THEREFORE SOMEONE DID REPORT THE VEHICLE BEFORE REWARD MONEY WAS OFFERED IDIOT
The neighbors did CALL the CHICAGO PD. Stop blaming them. A resident, according to Fox News, was questioning a police commander on why it took until today to go the SVU when he called them on Saturday.
Julian was Black and no a large priority for the Chicago PD. If he was white, it would have been non-stop news coverage.
Now that Julian might be dead, he will get more coverage than when he was missing for 72 hours. That what happens when you are Black.
I hope if this is Julian, that he is with the Angels. I will pray for his mother, as I cannot image what she is going though right now.
#68 and simular people who are wondering why no one reported that SUV and the body. Simple, in the black community it is okay to be a coward and follow the "No Snitch" idea. Lil Kim did it, and many others, yet it is innocent children that are getting hurt. In a drive by kids die who had nothing to do with the so called gang wars, and the community knows who did it, but follow "No Snitch" and say nothing. There are no rules when it comes to children to me anyways. If a child is missing, as they are a minor, then anything should go to get that child back or to find the persons responsible who hurt him. She was nowhere to be seen the first few days after this tragic event AND if the statement in the aove article (Neighbors say the vehicle has been parked there since Saturday. Balfour was arrested Friday night.) is true .. who placed the vehicle there?
