47. 24. For the person who asked "do we now believe in the death penalty?" Why should he get off that easy, death would be an easy way out. He needs to live while being tortured, death is tooooo easy for an animal like him. He needs to really feel the pain, like little Julian did!!! May he RIP!!!

I dont think burning in hell is an easy way out!!! But let him be with the general population before that so he can get what he deserves from the other inmates!!!

48. Everyone knows what has to be done with this guy. I don't generally take to vigilante justice, however I've got a feeling that if this were in Texas...things would be already settled.
Only a sick animal would do this to a 7year old.

53. For goodness sake tmz. Did you really have to change the photograph of the little boy to go along with that horrific headline of a gunshot to the head. Its a bit morbid. I can understand you trying to get the story out, but I saw the pic you had up for this story 20 minutes ago and it wasn't a side view of the child's head. Yuk!

54. i agree with what was said as to jennifer being the one to id all these loved ones. it's not just her responsibility. i respect the fact that julian's mother is in turmoil right now, i have 3 children of my own. my middle son was playing hide and seek one day and fell asleep under the table that had a table cover, i went crazy thinking something bad had happened, when i found him i can't describe to you the joy. it just seems like too much for one person to be dealing with all of this. but that's only our opinions, we do not know if it's been by her choice or not, only she knows. i do hope that this is brought to justice to whoever has taken the coward's way out and killed an innocent child. in due time that person will be dealt with. my thoughts and prayers are with the entire hudson family, not just one particular person. may they be able to find some kind of closure and peace in this horrible tragedy.

60. this is extremely sad I dont understand how someone can hurt an innocent child
the person who did this is a freaking monstor! and deserves to be punished! my thoughts and prayers are with the hudson family this is extremely tragic and depressing! please continue to pray for the hudsons and may they rest in peace,I dont understand why they didnt find the truck sooner it was according to reports 13 miles away from where the murder took place!
