91. my heart goes out to the family for such a horrific tragedy. domestic violence is real and needs to somehow be addressed more seriously... I luv hip hop but the creators of the music should remind the listeners that the lyrics are just words and that most if not all crimes of violence come at a price....most times irreversible... i too suffered the loss of two family members (different incidents) it is very painful... i am sure that through this my family is reminded of the pain yet again... STOP DOMESTIC VIOLENCE...... YES WE CAN!!!!

94. The stepfahter is guilty. Death row is to easy. He is allowed to eat and sleep. He needs to feel what that family felt. He will not survive prison trust and believe that. God be with Jennifer and her family and pray they someday find the strength to help deal with this tragedy. That step father is not the only suspect, he was not alone in this crime. 98. This was not domestic violence. This was violence brought into Julia Hudson's life. She chose this man who was a criminal and of questionable character.
I hope and pray that Jennifer Hudson has good managers ,agents, entertainment lawyers, hair, make-up people , record company etc. around her to put her in therapy. She needs therapy to continue in her life, as awful and unspeakable as this is, you live or you die. She has to know it was not her fault, can't feel guilty for her sister, can't be mad filled with rage at her sister, can't financially supppor ther sister for life, and hopefully she can get and pay for her sister to have therapy . This is going to take years to accept. What a pill for poor Jennifer to take after the highest and happiest time in her career with a new cd, new movie, fiance, everything. I do not believe that old saying of remember where you come from. Black people liketo tell and lay that guilt trip on Black who make something of themselves. Jennifer has a great and brioght and wonderful future ahead of her. I never want to hear of her turning to drugs because of thsi tradegy or stop living likeshe cna and how fate, luck, and destiny hs made the way for her. I hop eand wish and pary Julia Hudson can get the therapy she needs and makes peace within her self and maybe move saway to th eoutskirts of Chicago and finds peace, love, acceptance ,and dare I say a smile. Maybe she can save others from making a msitake like she did. May she one day find a calm, feel the sun.

99. To whoever said that God doesnt exist: God does exist and I know with all of the craziness going on its sooooo hard to believe otherwise. I can only imagine what the child's mother is going thru...I've lost 3 of my own children, though not to such violence. In my darkest moments God made his presence known through the kindness of others and he allowed me to be with my children, if only in my dreams.The pain of losing a child will NEVER go away....but each day it does get easier to simply exist. Her heart will always ache at the thought of him or even at the site of another child, as mine does. I pray that she leans not on her own understanding but on the word of the God. Believe it, know it, and trust it.

103. ok. now let the investigation began, now first of all this guy should of never been let out of prison,( that should tell you something about who's in charge of justice system.) there are men and woman with lesser charge doing time, but remember the parole board are the one that set him free. PAROLE BOARD. they are the one that need to be investigated, he was using her sister all the time, she was just insecure about her physique and like most fat people when some young stud approach you, you fall for him. she know she put her family in danger and it was just a matter of time before this happen, the only reason he didnt do it earlier was because jennifer was home as soon as she began her career thats when everything broke loose. tmz is only doing their job, its ok when they talking about all they other stuff about people like paris hilton going out, or angelina jolie kids, or maddonna, and all you watches it, so tmz dont listen to these sit at home fake wannabes. that why jennifer had to go and indentifie the body , because her sister knows something, dont rule anybody out, everyone is a suspect, including the neighbors, because they heaard shots and did nothing, then how is it that the sister come home after this was over with, where did she come from. the real dad looks sadder than the mother. when my mom was living, we talked until she left out the door, communication is the key, i say get the ex-husband an high end attorney and youll see the whole thing, because just because his case says what it says don't mean he is that type of person. and once again the parole board let him free. he didnt ESCAPE.

105. This child was an innocent little boy caught up in a mess that he didn't understand much lss know. Just because the stepfather seems to be not involvedYET does'nt mean a thing...he could have hired someone to comment the crimes. People do desparate things when they want revenge. The mother and Father should be the ones going to the morgue and ID ing the child not the Aunt. I understand it's a terrible thing to happen but it's the parents responsiblity to claim the body, if it is him. Question? Why was the sister living in the home with the father of the child? Where was he last year when the stepfather was living in the same house? The parties responsible for this crime will be caught and punished, but the mother of the child will have to live with the fact that she married a crimminal and now her son is gone.
