291. Horribly sad for the family, of course the poor child is always the one to pay for his parents choices. I do know that had I lost so many close familymembers, the very last place I would be would be my space or TMZ, both places that Julia obviously feels the need to be. Perhaps this is her idea of being equally as famous as her sister for the moment, but this is in no way motherly or grieving. It seems to me, that they all had a chance to leave the neighborhood that they knew was bad, and chose to stay. Any woman who could even WANT to crawl into bed with a dirt bag looking idiot like William is desperate beyond all reason, and will NEVER get it, that there is another life out there. Sadly it's to late for her son.

292. A THUG for a husband??? Then you have same THUG for ex-husband--that means double-trouble and unfortunately a terrible tragedy happened to the Hudson family. This is something that will be with the Hudson family for the rest of their lives.
Why wasn't child in school, where was Julia during the murders and abduction? My heart and prayers go out to Jennifer and Julia. Some wrong choices can be fatal, and Julia is going to have to live with this. Hope she gets all the Professional help, she is going to need it. Everyone is online..it is THE social forum..did you ever think that Julia might be connecting with friends for some much needed support when she may not feel up to seeing people publicly? What is wrong with her being online possibly reaching out and getting some comfort? Its just a theory but try to think of both sides of something rather than assuming the worst of someone. She could be very alone right now and wants to reach out to people..who really knows but it is worth giving her the benefit of the doubt rather than assuming the worst of her..she lost most of her family..there is no rule book as to how someone should react when they are greiving. And to Kenny..why dont you save your blame for the person of interest ie. main suspect of this case rather than assuming blame on the mother..hasnt she been through enough without having to be the source of blame??

294. I sure hope we don't have to endure YEARS of hearing about this POS murderer and his sorry-asss sad tale of a rotten, pathetic, and oppressed life, and how that's why he killed two innocent adults and even WORSE....an innocent, defenseless CHILD???

Since abortions are not considered murder, I say the way to get around the death penalty issue here, is to construct a giant vagina they can shove these killers up into and like a scene from the HELLRAISER horror movies...take giant surgical knives to them, and SUCK the remains out in a tube. If "mistakes" can be legally aborted....I say sick f@#ks like this are definitely "mistakes" and need aborted as well. Maybe even TOY with them a little bit with partial freedom (instead of partial birth) and start to pull them out by the feet and just before their heads are out of the giant womb.....SLICE!! They're still aborted before gasping the air.

My profession is filled with money hungry people that will stoop to any level to not make sure Justice prevails but that their name prevails! Your last posting...that i read in the 200's...lol...was right on the ball!!!!! (the one about the 3 with 3 different...etc...) I unfortunately cannot express myself as well as you so from now on...whatever Fed_Up says...i am in agreement with it. :) People respect all living beings!!!!!!! all. Chicago, IL—Based on numerous inconsistent statements made by Julia Hudson some investigators now believe that when that impassioned press conference was held little Julian King’s mother already knew the truth. That he was already dead.

Sources close to this investigation have raised several doubts.

Julia Hudson, her murdered brother Jason Hudson along with Gregory King and William Balfour were involved in the selling of drugs. Julia Hudson has known the motive for the killings all along but has misled investigators about important facts.

Snitch Gives up Location of Hudson Family Murder Weapon

Chicago, IL—Police acting in information provided by a participant in the Hudson family bloodbath recovered what’s believed to be the murder weapon. The weapon is a .45 ACP semi-automatic pistol.

Identifiable fingerprints are rarely lifted from handguns. DNA is another matter since sweaty hands load and handle these weapons. DNA matter can be caught in the numerous nooks and crannies located on pistols and their magazines.

Police already had searched that area but returned in force this afternoon based on the new information.

Cooperation from a co-conspirator and participant of this crime will lead to a quick resolution.

Has Julia Hudson Been Misleading Chicago Police?
Chicago, IL.--Police detectives investigating the murders of American Idol and Actress, Jennifer Hudson’s family have been getting inconstant statements from Julia Hudson. Cell phone records are proving to be very helpful in this triple murder and kidnapping case.

Police have been analyzing cell phone records of calls made along with the approximate locations of the calls in relation to area cell phone towers. The phone records being examined include are that of every member of the Hudson family including those of Jennifer Hudson.

A source close to the investigation has told me that they believe that the trigger man and central suspect is William Balfour. They are also looking at alleged criminal activity that Jason Hudson, Julia Hudson, Gregory King and William Balfour were involved with and how that led to the killings.

William Balfour’s talkative mother, Michelle Balfour has accused Jason Hudson of dealing drugs. I’ve been told that despite the new wealth of Jennifer Hudson she has not been supporting her family beyond their home and taking care of her mother’s needs. Hudson’s siblings were having serious money problems of their own.

The conduct of members of the Hudson family and Julia Hudson statements to police will be fertile ground for Balfour’s defense attorney’s to plow. Stay tuned!

Neighbors told Newsradio780 that Jason regularly sat in a chair in front of the home all day, every day.

As I told you yesterday, police believe they have located the murder weapon. A woman called in a tip to police describing a white Suburban similar to the one found on Monday with Julian King’s body inside.

She said the vehicle cut through a vacant lot near Kolin Avenue and she watched as the occupants tossed a weapon out a window. The witness said she saw two men in the vehicle driving throughout the neighborhood on Saturday.

Theory 2: Jason Hudson's Involvement

Jason Hudson has had a few run ins with the law. Perhaps he owed some people some money and they were coming after him. I'm not sure what Ms. Donnerson's schedule would've been like on a regular school day and what time Julian went to school. Maybe she normally took him to school, and didn't come home from dropping him off until around 9:30. If the killers had been watching the house all week, and noticed this pattern, maybe they didn't expect to find Mrs. Donnerson and Julian there on Friday. I mean, it wasn't like it was a major holiday. This would've explained a few things:

1)Why Jason went from being shot downstairs to going upstairs in his bedroom. Did he have something in his bedroom that the killers wanted? Otherwise, why did they let him walk upstairs instead of shooting him in cold blood like they did his mother?

2)They weren't expecting to see Julian. I think this may have really posed a problem for them as they struggled with what to do with him and the person couldn't bear to kill a 7 year old kid. I mean, they had enough heart not to kill the dog- but then again the dog can't talk. Whoever killed Jason and his mother probably didn't kill Julian- they got someone else to.

The sad thing is, this poor boy witnessed the murder and became a liability.

I'm still trying to figure out what Julia's motive could be. The only things I can think of is a)to do this to frame William b)to plan this with some other people in order to get money (ransom for julian-hence the cut off hand, drugs or drug money from jason- did he keep his stash in his bedroom where his body was found?) c) to collect insurance money


I hope the Chicago Police does a good job and looks at all angles.
