Porny Pete Shafts Ex-Lover Out of Hu$h Money

Christie Brinkley's ex Peter Cook says he doesn't owe his ex-mistress any more hush money -- because her lawyers are badmouthing him in the press. Now how does that make any sense?

Pervy Pete's lawyers say he's not going to pay Diana Bianchi any more of their $300,000 settlement because her lawyers called him a "wolf" and other choice names when he decided to blab about his marriage to Barbara Walters. They claim Bianchi's breached their confidentiality agreement.

They also claim, as the New York Post reports, Bianchi knew about sex tapes they made and agreed not to complain about them in public.

As a result, Pete is withholding the last $100K from the settlement. That's creative.

19. Rob: This one's for you.

On Wednesday, Oct. 15, ACORN National President Maude Hurd issued the following statement in response to Senator John McCain’s attack:

"We appreciate Senator McCain's effort to stir up the Republican base by attacking a community organization working to increase public participation in our democratic process. However, these attacks reflect an increasingly panicked candidate. Unfortunately, the Senator McCain we saw tonight is very different than the Senator McCain who stood shoulder to shoulder with ACORN at a February 20, 2006 immigration reform event.

It is clear for us to see that John McCain was for ACORN before he was against ACORN; he was for reform before he was against reform; and he was a maverick before he became erratic. What is really going on here is that Senator McCain and his allies are part of a coordinated effort to engage in what appears to be an unprecedented effort to suppress voter turnout. Repeating a lie doesn't make it true, and the McCain campaign has resorted to the worst type of deceptions in regards to ACORN."

23. Bianchi is a hooker. If you sleep with a married man and he then has to pay you........she should be ASHAMED and her father should ground her.

24. Feel sorry for this loser? You have got to be kidding. Any man with so little pride, backbone, shame, judgement etc... that keeps on blaming the wife he admitted doted on him, the teenage "connection" and whomever else, deserves no sympathy. Fathers who actually derverve sympathy should not be confused with this creep. I expect he will do whatever he can to stay in the media, even if for bad press, because that is the classic narcissist. How nice for his kids.

28. Wasn't Cook in trouble with the IRS? Cheaters are cheaters and I wouldn't be surprised!

29. Pete should have NOT interviewed with Barbara Walters. He cares nothing for his children and Barbara will stoop to all levels with lowlifes to get an interview. Both should be barred from TV.

30. Cook should wake up, smell the verdict and go away quietly. His relentless ability to blame anyone but himself is setting another horrible example for his children and let's not forget that he also CHOSE to detonate his family... Everything that has come down on this guy he brought on himself and that sorry whine to Barbara Walters was an especially bad move for both of them.
