Balfour Has Anger Management Issues

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ why officials believe William Balfour violated his parole -- he had missed anger management counseling and substance abuse courses that were required as a condition of his release from prison.

Balfour had served time for attempted murder and carjacking. The anger management lapse is ominous, given that he's a "person of interest" in the murders of Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and nephew. As for the substance abuse courses, the Chicago Sun-Times quotes a witness as saying they saw a man resembling Balfour exiting the infamous white SUV "carrying what appeared to be a bottle of liquor."

Several law enforcement sources tell us Balfour could be charged in the murders as early as today, but no timetable is definite.

61. JBones, Obviously you do not understand the point that I have tried to convey. I am glad that you have conceded that at this point, these are allegations. No intelligent person will Condemn or hang anyone without the benefit of the facts.
NELSON MANDELA was imprisoned for 29 years for attempted Genocide, mass Murder and overthrow of his Government. Will anyone marry Nelson Mandela today(if he were younger and probably and ready ?)
I do not know Balfour and I make absolutely no apologies for him All I am suggesting is for anyone to claim that they know for a fact that Balfour did it and he should fry in hell is as ignorant a comment that anyone in thier right senses can make. I will also respectfully disagree with you that this forum is not for people to make sesnseless and inflamatory accusations but for all of us to share our views and hopefully become better people for it. This is just my opinion and I truly respect yours.

63. I feel sooo much sadness for this family, it is unbearable. My prayers are with the Hudsons. How sad is it that a little boy had to die because of an alleged dispute over a car? As much as I cry for this family, I as a single mom question why Jennifer's sister married a man right from prison and allowed him in her family's home. We have to be careful what kind of friends we have around our children, not to mention the kind of men we allow in our beds, and to share a home with our kids. And, I also dont understand why this family was living in that kind of neighborhood when Jennifer Hudson is such a mega star? My mom would be living in a gated community if I had the money she has. Still soo tragic, but, soo many questions.

64. That poor little boy is dead and now someone has to pay for him not being here on earth enjoying life as a child. That grown a** man picked on child that couldn't protect himself. This is a sad story......

65. I've been to jail for the person who asked for one night. Mine was for DUI stuff. I have changed my life. I am not saying he's guilty I think there is fishy stuff going on with the mother. I am not saying fry him until I know. I don't know why everyone is so sure!!

68. As of right now I feel bad for Jennifer cause she is the only one I know is innocent in the whole thing, but i feel horrible saying that! And i'm sorry Julia if i'm dead wrong!

69. I agree with what your saying Dr. P. and I respect your opinion as well. I think that if people truely used these forums as a place to "share and come away better" it would not be a waste. However some people can not get a way from blaming this issue on this guy being black. Or this happening in Obama's home town. We all know that this stuff happens everywhere but it only comes to light when thrust into the public eye. That is what is truly sad here. That this has happend to other people that had to suffer alone. "IF" he did it then he deserves all the bad things that have been said, I've said a few things...and will stand behind them "IF he is guilty... I also think that based on his history of violent crime, of which he was convicted, that it seems far fetched that he didn't do it. I will finish by saying that if it comes to light that this is on him then he should BURN.

70. Well, there you go.

I agree with most of the posters about all this---
After he's sentenced just put in prison with the rest of the prison population. Word will quickly spread that he killed a mother and an innocent child. Desn't matter who the mama was--just the words "mama" and "child" put together will set something off. They'll kill his ass for sure in prison.

72.
Its sad that it happened but this stuff happens all over America and its unfortunate that an obvious criminal was let out of jail why? over crowding again?

Off the subject but why is it that its ok in america to talk about how a dissporportionate number of blacks are in the prison system but not ok to mention how a dissporportionate number of violent crimes are commited by blacks?

I hope that when obama becomes president we can all get off this PC crap and call a spade a spade.

73. There is something fishy about the mother, she did seem pretty calm for someone who had just lost thier mother and brother and at that point her child was missing. I know people deal with grief differently but it just seems odd to me. Also the fact that her estranged husband who may have murdered her mother, brother and her child is still on her myspace, wtf! Very strange!

74. Just have a quick comment about Jennifer. Why didn't she buy her mother a house in a better section of town??? I just don't get it!! Must be a Hollywood thing or something. That is the least she could have done for her Mother was to buy her a house for her, and her sister, brother and nephew. I bet she wishes she did now. She is supposed to be a family person, but I think not... I think people forget where they come from... It's just me leaving a comment...

75. Jbones, I say Amen to your last post. You see as African Americans, we do not always think about the wider implications of our Actions and Comments before we jump into the fray. The White College female Student that Butchered her Roommate in Arizons has absolutely Nothing to do with John McCain as this has nothing to do with Obama.
Thiose of us who have been espousing hate and calling for this young man's head and Claimimg that they Know for a fact that he did it MUST KNOW SOMETHING THAT THE REST OF US DO NOT KNOW nad I think that it should be appropriate for the authorities to ask them how they happen to know for a fact. Where they there when the Crime was being Committed and if they were how come they did not report it ?
I agree that if Balfour did it, he must face the full wrath of the law but until we know that let us Not heap additional pain on him and his family. There is already tremendous pain in the HUdson family and all we can do is try not to add to it or even encourage one of these crazies to bring harm to the Balfours. I must close by reminding all of us here that virtually every week, someone has been released from Deathrow for Crimes they they never Committed. Lets use a liy=ttle bit more discretion in trying to lynch this Guy until he is convicted.
