My God! You're right! I remember when this happened. It's a shame as I would've hoped they'd fry his little ass until he was a charred blotch in the electric chair. I am a pretty liberal Democrat, but I DO believe in the death penalty. "Don't do the crime if you don't want to die for it" is my motto.

81. I too am a liberal democrat who never believed in the death penalty UNTIL I had a child. Once he was born I knew that if anything ever happened to him at the hands of another human I would want them dead!

So my position on the death penalty has changed. Hang the SOB who did this!

84. #63 Jennifer offered to buy her family a home, they didn't want to move. I wish this senseless mess could end!! The mess that is the so called "thug life". It's sad to see so many young people dying for no good reason. There should be a way to make these young people see drugs, guns, gangs, it's all senseless. They need to see education and careers REAL jobs making money is a better way to live. Not shooting up people, selling drugs and dying. I don't know the Hudson family, but it hurt me to my heart to hear of this tragedy. A 7 year old boy! Gone! Senselessly! Over what? A car!

87. It is a terrible tragedy.
When will women wake up and start choosing nice guys instead of thugs? So many guys are douchebags/players/thugs because that is what women choose. You swim with sharks and you are going to get bit. There is no justice in the legal systems but hopefully someone in prison will give him the sentence that he deserves when they find out he killed a child.

90. This is so bazaar, I hope this is the person, because he’s caught and in their possession. But if he is not, have they been out there still looking and not let it get cold because they have someone they think is the one? Have they determined the time of death of the boy? This is something that can be figured out asap, JH’s mother and brother were found Friday afternoon dead and Balfour has been in custody since Friday evening. The boy had to be dead for over 2 days in order for it to be Balfour, have they determined that???? Why hasn’t this been mentioned??? I don’t know too many unanswered questions.
