what I find odd is that on her myspace she has a picture of her mom
in a frame on the right side in the mob ad.
there is also guns and a car with a white icon.

Then there is two icons highlight which are "a money bag" and a "line

I would love to go back to the day's where no one had lawyers! Today we really don't need them...If the cops have DNA that proves you are guilty then your @ss should fry on the spot! All defense lawyers do today is let sex offenders go and lie for murders! Defense lawyers suck!! Prosecuting Attorney is only ones i feel should be around. 96. In my opinion, Jennifer's sister is to blame for this as well. You don't romp around with anyone who has been realeased from a 7 year jail stint on one of the two accounts being "attempted murder". You invited this person (her husband) into the family throws. I would have never let him get within one inch of me or my family. I suspect he is the guilty party and if so, the judge needs to throw him under the jail and send in a master torturer every couple of days to beat him within an inch of his life for the rest of his life while he's incarcerrated. He should never be allowed to see day-light again.

He should also get life for each life he took. In my opinion once it was found that he violated his probation, the authorities should have swooped down on his ass and snatched him up and threw him right back into the bowels of the jail. He had no right making the decision to take the life of 3 people. I tell you, had it been me I would have never had him around my family .... the other crime was one thing but the attempted murder crime for which he did 7 years was another ..... at some point, Jennifer's sister has to stomach some of this tragedy. My prayers are with her entire family ....... may they be surrounded by the White Light of all that is Holy in this very tragic time ......

Off the subject but why is it that its ok in america to talk about how a dissporportionate number of blacks are in the prison system but not ok to mention how a dissporportionate number of violent crimes are commited by blacks?

I hope that when obama becomes president we can all get off this PC crap and call a spade a spade.

102. llcool, I do understand where you're coming from and your reasoning but sometimes there's just something misfiring between someones ears and regardless of what a parent does that kid is going to screw up big time. From experience I can tell you years of therapy, countless psychologists and psychiatrists, various medications, interventions, etc. sometimes just doesn't work for some people. I can't imagine how devastated his mother must be herself knowing that her son is capable of such a heinous act against people he was supposed to love. I'm sure she's in denial, how can she not be but at the same time she has to know he was capable of it since he already did time in prison.

103. I FEEL JUST SO TERRIBLE FOR JENNIFER HUDSON. I COULDN'T IMAGINE IDENTIFYING MY MOTHER BUT A OTHER MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY. HER HEART MUST BE SO HEAVY, AND SHE MUST FEEL LOST AS WELL. I HOPE THE POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING HER SISTER AS WELL AS OTHER THEN HER EX-SPOUSE. TO ME SHE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE A VICTIM IN THIS CASE, SHE SEEMS A LITTLE SHADY TO ME JUST BY HER ACTIONS INTHE NEWS CONFERENCE.
ALSO THAT POOR INNOCENT BABY MUST HAVE BEEN SO SCARED BEING WITH WHO EVER DID THIS TO HIM. HE PROBABLY KNEW WHO MURDERED HIS GRANDMOTHER AND UNCLE, AND HAD TO SUFFER. 104. Really people, how can you blame this mother for anything her estranged husband did? She may be guilty of choosing the wrong mate, but that doesnt mean she deserves to have these horrible things happen to her family. Animals like william balfour are so evil, he knew that killing her family would hurt her more than anything and that is why he did this. I understand what you are saying. Surely Julia knew about this guys nefarious past. It's one thing to be a single woman that hooks up with a crimminal.....but it's another thing to be a MOTHER thats hooks up with a crimminal and puts their child in jeopardy. It's just so darn sad, senseless and tragic.
