One cannot sue others for voicing their opinions. And most of it is fact, too, or speculation based on reported fact.
If we are saying Jenn's relatives are/were drug dealers -- it's fact.
If we're saying her relatives are/were grossly obese-- it's fact.
If we're saying Julia wrote all kinds of skanky, irresponsible stuff on her myspace -- just a fact.
If we are saying -- anything -- about William -- it's fact.

I have no idea what TMZ is, but I love it.

137. I just think that they are holding the wrong guy (Balfour).

When the truth and all is revealed, I bet Julia Hudson or her brother Jason is behind all this.

Both of them were drug dealers selling that mess out of that house and members of a gang.

138. This was sad to hear about Jennifer's family. Regardless of the so call facts about her sister and brother and the so called drugs involved, these people were human beings, and you can bet your dollar if it wasn't a star like Jennifer Hudson, who would have even cared about this story. We live in a messed up world, Jennifer Hudson is in my prayers. No one will really know the entire truth, but TMZ come on give Jennifer Hudson a break and have a heart! It could have been someone in your family !

140. To whom are you going to report TMZ? To the bureau that prevents Freedom of the Press? You not only need to study Spelling, you also need to study the US Constitution.

Reporting is about digging up the facts on new stories. Writing news is not about being a publicity machiine. TMZ is just doing it job, but doing it better than is convenient for you.

Now as to some of the comments -- denigrating anyone for their race is ignorant. That is agreed. I personally hate it when anyone -- white, Black, rapper, whoever -- uses the N word. I believe in opportunity and fairness for all. I look forward to Barack Obama being president, not because I think he is really all that great-- but because I want to have a first Black president. And he is pretty good in many ways and his wife is one smart cookie.

But honestly, I have heard more Black people call people the N word than I ever heard whites use it. The person posting that could very well be Black.

But I am SURE that a few weeks ago when that white kid in Vegas, Cole Puffinberger, was snatched away from his family and his grandpa just happened to have stolen money from the Mexican drug mob -- then at that time, I am SURE people -- white, black, Asian, and Mexican alike -- all made plenty of comments about his mom and grandpa. Anyone getting involved in drugs endangers not only themselves, but their whole family.

MOST people have very little patience for people that join gangs and deal drugs. Jennifer's sister and brother and others are/were in the Gangster Disciples. Do you know who the Gangster Disciples ARE? They are a bunch of murderers, rapists, drug users and drug dealers. They shoot children, teenagers, and others who are often innocent bystanders. They are responsible for hundreds of killings. They destroy whole neighborhoods. They cause people to feel imprisoned in their own homes. They shoot through walls of houses, so children are actually forced to sleep in the bathtubs. They create fear, resist education, show no morality or decency.

So if you want to call anyone a name because they do not like Gangster Disciples, go ahead. You are a fool.

Get real. Get informed. AND learn how to SPELL.

142. Wired this is for you, before you post something else in effort to correct someone make sure you have spelled things correctly, and that you have used proper figure of speech. I think he/she is correct this mess needs to be taken off here because majority of it is false or over dramatized, and you people are buying into it and spreading these stupid, untrue rumors, as if this is all a fairy tale this family is in need of comfort not constant belittlement, from unknown, untrue sourses. I will pray for all of you. How do you all know for a fact they were gang members some things are just used as a figure of speech, who knows why she hasnt taken him off her friend list, its not of any importance, was the body really rapped in a curtain, were you all there? The funeral services are not Sunday, and they are not public at all, so this stupidity that has been posted could not be true, so why do we as a human race stoop so low and help keep this type of negativity going? 143. Let's pray : There IS a public service planned and there is a private service planned. You can attend.

We know they were/ are gang members from police and court records.
From records, we know that Greg King, William Balfour, and Jason Hudson were all Gangster Disciples,
and that Julia Hudson is "true blue."

We know they dealt drugs from police and court records.

This "family" that you want to "protect" and "comfort" is, for the most part, now dead.
All members of the household, except one, are dead.

And that one remaining person posted on her website allusions to being a Gangster Disciple, to regretting having a child, explaining her love for the man who is the main suspect in the killings and who is also a convicted felon and gang member.

Most everyone here gives their condolences to Jennifer and her cousins andothers. Some people writing in here think Julia shares some blame. Time will tell. The truth is not going to hide. Whatever it is, it will come out.

Clearly, Darnell and Julian were totally innocent and caught in this mess. This is such a shame.
These innocent people have lost their lives most likely because some of their family members chose to engage in gangs and drug dealing and also to be "in love" with gangster criminals.

These acts have shamed Chicago publicly. This may even cause Chicago to lose its Olympic bid.
These acts have caused trouble in the city just before the election.
This is all really bad.

How can this be "over dramatized"? Dear person, two innocent people are dead.

144. PUBLIC MEMORIAL SERVICE SUNDAY

OTHER SOURCES are reporting that a public memorial service is being held SUNDAY at Pleasant Gift Baptist Church on Chicago's South Side. Neither Jennifer nor Julia will be attending. They will go to the private funeral on Monday.

ON ANOTHER NOTE::

AND TUESDAY in CHICAGO is the HUGE OBAMA ELECTION CELEBRATION PARTY in GRANT PARK. This is a part that is for those with tickets only, and a part that is for everyone else. When the park hits one million people, they are going to turn people away. Everyone is to enter the park on CONGRESS PARKWAY. If you have tickets, they wll send you one way and if you do not, they send you a different direction.

THIS main party location is the same place that Lolapalooza is held. It should be no problem, except it will take a while since they are going to search those entering the main area.

CHICAGO holds LOTS of HUGE festivals and events in Grant Park, so no problems of any kind are expected. But in a huge crowd, there can always be someone having a heart attack, etc., so there will be plenty of EMTs, etc on hand.

But it is expected to a great fun, historical event for all.

You can also watch it on TV and see it better and not have to wait in line for a porta-potty,
