Some chick named Ashley Van Dyke was busted on suspicion of DUI in Hollywood. Her fame status is considered "barely" at best -- but she tried to use it to get out of trouble anyway.
Cops nailed the former one-time SPEED TV host in West Hollywood late Monday night when she refused to cooperate with a deputy who was directing traffic. But after she was pulled over, sources say she felt the need to tell cops, "...but I'm a race car driver!"
Didn't matter -- 'cause we're told she failed the field sobriety test miserably and blew well over the legal BAC limit.

sorry, but AVD is the biggest poser/wannabe I have ever met. not only does she lack of charm, talent and/or class, she also has a egotistical personality (hence her speech to the LAPD). to the few AVD fans reading this: you only will be disappointed in her - she's nothing more than looks (and looks alone). she scammed her way through most of her "career" achieves:
yes, she was on the bullrun - she con'ed someone else to pay for her $15,000 entry fee.
yes, she was on the bullrun reality show (one of the worst TV show ever) and she was nothing more than a flag girl.
yes, she was also on SpeedTV reality show for race car drivers, yet she was so bad that they never picked her up for the following season.

AVD Superfan you are an idiot. I've been on a "rally" with Ashley before and she is reckless and a horrible driver. Just because some driving school pays for you to go on a rally which isn't even a real race does not mean you are a professional race car driver. Everyone hates Ashley and she knows it. Get a life.
