Most mothers would run like crazy through the house looking for your child knowing that's where you had left him last. A mother's instinct would lead her to scramble to find her child, no matter how disturbing the scene was, and jump over dead bodies if she had to. And she's already on myspace laying the foundation for her defense? Suspicious.

17. I agree with "MK" and "SNOOP". Look at Julia and Jason. It was a Drug Hit to send a message to someone in the family. Julia knows exactly who killed her family and who has said they will kill Jennifer as well. Julia is the target here. Here ex-husband is being set-up.

18. I have to say I honestly think that Julia is somehow involved with this. What kind of mother after they have found out that their family and SON was brutally murdered would even have the time to log on to myspace. Then, I remember the first day (friday) the day of the murderers the police could not find Julia or Julian. They were saying the hoped that she fled away with him for his safety. Then when they arrested Balfour she just pops up out of nowhere. Something strange is going on and they need to consider everyone at this point. My heart goes out to Jennifer Hudson and I will keep her in my prayers. God Bless!

23. I say Julia is a woman scorned!!!! William left her for another woman and she is so upset until she wanted to set him up. You can clearly see that she was in love with him if you go to her myspace page. She commented on every pic that she took of him. She even commented on one of the pics using his myspace ID and stated that it was her under him. She didn't think that he would leave her because Jennifer Hudson was her sister. When he realized that Julia was never going to leave the nest, he could'nt take it anymore. Remember when he did time for that attempted murder case and he tried to flee from the police? What makes you think that he would kill these people and then go where the police will check first to find him!!! Don't make any sense. Julia knew that the fingers would be pointing at him. If she can't have him noone will. She even put a comment on his page that stated "We will be together until death do us part." I don't think that she thought that her assailants would kill her son which is why she never shedded a tear when asking the public to help find her son. If they wanted the son dead they would have killed him in the house with his grandmother and uncle. You do the math!!!

26. I think Julia planted the cocaine in his cars, and when he got pulled over knew what she had done and went crazy,probably wanting to kill her, and they say the brother dealed cocaine out of the house.

28. This is a devastating crime, the unimaginable to be exact. Eventually all the facts will come out and may the Lord bless the soul of the perpetrator. The person whom did this cannot be sleeping at night, with images of the young child going through their mind, how could they? This is obviously a very disturbed person, and they do not deserve to breathe another day. I am so sorry for the Hudson girls, I can't imagine what they are going through. Everytime I hear or read about this, I get a sick feeling in my stomach from imagining their pain. How can another humanbeing be so cruel? Why the baby? Thats all I can say is, why the baby?

29. Oh my God did anyone hear this losers mom on CNN w/Nancy Grace last night. He gets his lack of smarts from his mom and from what I read his tendency to murder from his father. She sat there and tried to DEFEND her dumb ass son for his last crime where he was CAR JACKING some man and was also charged with ATTEMPTED MURDER. She truly tried to defend him and continously had a reason for everything that went wrong with her stupid ass son, who she is so upset with the media for protraying him as a murder! LOOK AND READ YOU DUMB LADY everyone says he is a PERSON OF INTEREST. She even made reference to her son STALKING Julia Hudson, LOL! TAKE NOTES PROSECUTORS THIS WOMAN JUST PRETTY MUCH HANDED YOU HER LOSER SON ON A PLATTER. 30. Ran to call 9-1-1, she doesn't have a cell phone?? There is no phone in the house?? Where was she after she called police?? Where was she when we know she didn't have to work that day, her son was home, she should have been also. If she didn't go any where but the livingroom, how did she know her son was missing?? How come she didn't search the house for her son? It's almost like she knew he wasn't inside the home at that time.

Things just don't add up for Julia.
