61. My Five Cents, Ha Ha! Please do not twist my words! I think he IS a criminal and I think he IS perfectly capable of commiting this crime. I just think that he is innocent UNTIL proven guilty and there is not enough evidence to convict him right now. I am not saying he didn't do it or that he wasn't capable of doing it. I am only saying that no one knows if he did it or had any involvment.

63. The police found the cocaine on the SEAT OF THE CAR NEXT TO WHERE HE WAS SITTING!! It wasn't stashed in the glovebox or under the seat, he KNEW it was there....morons. If you were to open your front door and see someone laying on the floor in a pool of blood and hear nothing would you prance on in to use the phone or INTELLIGENTLY assume that the perpetrator might very well still be inside so you immediately leave to use a phone elsewhere?

64. I am torn, one minute I say he did it and another I feel Julia is/was involved and believe they both sis something. I don’t believe he did it all by himself.

I am a mother and if I walked in my home and see a body on the floor I would forget fear catch an adrenaline rush and go through out the whole house screaming my kids names! I wouldn't care if the murderer was in the house or not, as a mother I would have that hope that I just might interrupt the murderer. Distract the murderer from attacking my child to harm me instead! I don’t think I would walk out of that house! I hope she wasn’t involved. I also agree, fine you want to myspace but darn, take his butt off of your friends list.

I agree with you and you made some great points. Also don't forget within hours of hearing her son was shot twice in the head she was sitting on her myspace. She also has comments on her myspace something about a questionnaire asking if she wants kids and her saying if she wants him or not the sh!t is here.

68. I'm so sick of people defending the different ways to grieve. It is NOT normal to hang out on myspace adding friends, when your son is missing and your mother/brother have been murdered. It IS normal to be out looking for your son. And saying she used myspace to hopefully get her son located? HOW?! How is adding friends on myspace helping your son be found? OTHER people, not her, changed their profile pics, their headings, etc., to mention Julian. She did neither of those things. She has time to add friends, but no time to change her profile pic to her son's pic? Or to change her heading to mention her son?
And don't even get me started about the press conference? her mother did everything, he was more like a brother, she can't be bothered to care for her own son, SHE COMPLAINS ABOUT HER BIRTHDAY BEING RUINED. seriously?! oh, poor thing, you've been inconvenienced, haven't you?! who the hell says that?! what a self-centered, trashy-acting person. seriously. Things are just not adding up. And, though she might not have anything to do it....I hope she does some soul-searching. I can't believe how incredibly self-centered this person is. seriously. complaining about your birthday. she should be grateful she had a nite out with him before he was murdered. it's her last memory. that, and of handing off her kid when she walks in the door so she can go to bed, and her mother can stay up late at nite caring for her son, since she can't be bothered to do it herself.

69. #52 u made ALOT of good points ....I have all along thought he did it and had someone help..there is no way he could have done this himself...."WHO" is the question ....I still feel like Julia had some knowledge of this...she might not have pulled the trigger BUT she knows something...as for Balfours mother OMG she is such a nut job....williams father is in prison for murder ...william was in prison for attempted murder...ummmm dont u think he is capable of MURDER now? geez come on......stands up and applauds Nancy Grace for stopping her ...Balfours mother thought SHE was going to run the show....u can tell what kind of ppl they are....sounds like she has anger prob too

I'm afraid we've been concentrating on the most "obvious" suspect, while the real one is blogging on her Myspace. It's good to see that others agree with me.
