32. I, too, have known a few women who have had children with violent convicts. But once the baby arrived the women left the sorry man's ass. And these were women who were street wise themselves. Their children grew up to be successful well adjusted adults. I can't understand how Jennifer Hudson's mother would allow William Balfour to live with them knowing he was in jail for attempted murder. Something has to be missing from this story. As far as Jennifer's sister Julia, maybe she was hard up for a man and got a thrill out of being with this bad boy type man. But she had an innocent child with another man. Yes, maybe her mother Darnell brought this child up because Julia was working or whatever, but how could a mother endanger her child like this? Was the sex that good with this criminal man? Come on, there's your child who is exposed to this animal. Very bad choices Julia has made have caused the death of her son. And her mother and brother. I feel for all of them, but my heart is breaking for Julian.

I want to add one more thing to my previous post -- if you watched the video of Julia *pleading* for Julian's safe return - I mean listen to her, she's all about herself - going on and on about how Julian wanted to go home when they were out celebrating HER birthday, after all it was her birthday!! I think he was getting to be a hassle for her.

35. Ok folks, William and his buddy(s) DID do this. These PUNK THUGS got scared and after they dropped the car off it ws daylight so they tossed the gun. That is why WIlliam isn't talking now cause they are close on his *ss. Yes, being a "celebrity" case it does speed it up BUT a kid involved is right up there with them. Bottomline, William and his buds WILL be convicted, put to death and go to HELL. His mom and his ho's better fess up and tell what htey know cause htey will be charged as accessories.

Just because her sister became famous singing in a contest on television... Just because her sister caught a break and landed a part in acclaimed movie... Just because her sister won an Oscar Award for her performance in a movie...

Doesn't mean that the family wasn't "hood" themselves. Jennifer has the talent and used it to get out. It doesn't mean the rest of them wanted to hitch a ride on the hem of her skirt. Many people only do what they know.

But don't think for a minute that woman isn't second-guessing and regretting her decisions. She just lost her son. Her mother. And her brother. Believe me, she's probably blaming herself. That's a heavy load which may crush her. Right now, she needs prayer not criticism. Her family's not coming back and there's nothing she can do about it.

Try on some empathy.

41. This story makes my heart hurt. I don't care what the adults were involved in. The fact that someone was vile enough to put a gun to a sweet-faced, chubby-cheeked little boy and pull the trigger makes me sick. I hope there is a special place in Hell for all the "adults" involved.

43. Every time I read about this woman I get angry. Something's not right with her and I hope the police catch on. For those
of you who have blinders on and want to treat Julia like the innocent victim- fine with me.

However, as far as I'm concerned there werethree victims and they're no longer here to tell their stories.
The most defenseless victim, Julian, a poor little 7 year old boy who suffered the most unimagineable fate, witnessed the brutal killings of his grandmother and uncle before being shot twice in the head.

We must fight for this child and if this means by exposing his mother-then so be it. I come from a realistic world where
unfortunately, mothers sometimes murder their children or contribute to their demise.

This is my opinion and if you're one of those people who live in untainted worlds, I ask you to move to the next post because this will probably upset you.

Theory 1: Julia Hudson's Involvement
There are too many holes in this story:

1)The body of Jennifer Hudson’s mother Darnell Donerson was found by Jennifer Hudson’s sister Julia around 2:45 PM Friday. Julia called 911 to report the shooting. She also reported her 7-year-old son missing. Police arriving on the scene found Hudson’s brother Jason shot to death in a bedroom.- I got this from CNN.

My question is how could she report her son missing if she never walked through the house. She claimed to have walked in the door, and after seeing her mother's body in the living room, left out the house and called 911.

She then went to the police station to report Julian missing. How did she know he was missing and not hiding in the house or somewhere murdered in the home? Apparently, the police discovered her brothers body- she did not. As I said, she only made it to the front door.

2)What would motivate William to kill her family?
William appeared to have gotten everything he wanted out of the deal. He sold the car (and I'm assuming kept the money), was living with a girlfriend and didn't have any car payments (apparently, Julia found out the payments were automatically being deducted from her check). For those of you are saying that Julia was a victim of domestic abuse- that's false. The news media reported that they had domestic issues, which equates to arguments. Who would most likely want revenge out of this?

3)Police have stated that Jason Hudson was shot when the gunman shot through the wooden front door. He also received defensive wounds. I've seen pictures of the door and the bullet pierced the door towards the middle, and yes it was closed. What could've happened was the gunman rang the doorbell and when Jason asked them who they were (through the closed door), they shot him. However, his body was found in an upstairs bedroom.

If you've seen a picture of him- he was no small guy. William, a man of small stature, could not have taken
him upstairs alone. If Jason was shot in the thigh, he would have needed a very large person to help him upstairs. I always wondered in that type of area, shouldn't they have a gun in the home?

4)Shell casings were found in Julian King's bedroom, yet police are saying he was killed in the SUV.

5) The small bullet only went through the wooden door, so the door should have still been locked. How did the killer get in? If he shot at the door first, who in their right mind would have opened it for him?

Assuming they shot Jason when he came to the unopened door, who in their right mind would have opened it? Was the door already unlocked? Police said there was no sign of forced entry, but I can't imagine an unlocked door in that area- unless it was done intentionally.

6)Why didn't they come at night when most murders occur? The whole family would've been there, and they could've killed everyone.

7)Yes, people mourn differently. I'm sorry, but I just can't imagine with your mother and brother being tragically killed, and your son missing, the last thing I'd be thinking about is the damn computer. And if it was her on the computer, and William was a suspect, why did she keep him as her #2 friend? His *ss would've been gone with the quickness. Why did she feel the need to explain her actions on Myspace?

Why is she still Ms. Flex? If she had enough time to write a blog, she definitely had enough time to press the delete button. Why has she been seeking support from her fans on Myspace when I'm sure she's surrounded by family and friends who love her? I'm sure her closest friends/family are probably with her. Then to lie and say she was on Myspace to try to solicit help for Julain- b**ch please!! You never asked for help on your Myspace page. Jennifer, yes- you no. Come up with another excuse. I hope she's enjoying her newly found celebrity status? To live in the shadows of a famous little sister. Well, all eyes are on you now Julia. A word of advice- ask Jen for some acting lessons-your performance to date is not Oscar worthy and rather suspicious.

8)Her appearance at the press conference was a little too calm and collected for me. Her hair was fly, she looked pretty well-rested,and she said Julian was more "like a little brother?"

9)On Friday night when Julian was missing, why was she on Myspace instead of in someone's car driving around the city looking for her baby and the white Suburban truck? I don't give a damn what anyone on this board says about how people grieve, if her fat ass had to walk the city of Chicago, then that's what she should have been doing in order to bring him home. The first 48 hours are the most crucial with missing children, and you're chilling on the computer? WTF?

10) She claims after he birthday dinner, she took Julian home and handed him over to her mother who was waiting for him at the front door. Julian was asleep and Julia said she went to bed downstairs. Why would her mother be waiting at the door for Julian if they all lived together? Why couldn't Julia carry him upstairs? Had she been kicked out or moved out? Why didn't her mother join her for her birthday dinner? Were there some problems at home?
This is just the beginning- there's more to come including holes in her story about her "fight" with William, her birthday dinner, and her alibi for Friday.

45. Really # 6, because here where I'm at a 2yr old was killed by "sharp force injuries to the neck" and his 7 yr old brother was also cut up oh and his mom to. But we don't see that all over the net and the clebs don't seem to care. Now don't get me wrong it is ALL very very sad. But there are other people out here in this big big world.
