Julia Hudson's Emotional Plea Doubted by Some Investigators
Chicago, IL—Based on numerous inconsistent statements made by Julia Hudson some investigators now believe that when that impassioned press conference was held little Julian King’s mother already knew the truth. That he was already dead.

Sources close to this investigation have raised several doubts.

Julia Hudson, her murdered brother Jason Hudson along with Gregory King and William Balfour were involved in the selling of drugs. Julia Hudson has known the motive for the killings all along but has misled investigators about important facts.

Police have obtained the cell phone records that reportedly tell a much different story that Julia Hudson gave police.

Police have made inroads with at least one of these players that has turned snitch giving police information including the actual location of the murder weapon.

Is Julia Hudson a better actress than her Academy Award winning sister Jennifer?

As far as why did Julias mom raise the child, well if Julia got arrested for drugs, I'm sure child services or the courts took that child away, maybe it started temporary & went to permanent, or maybe Julia was still working on getting custody back.

#85 I don't think William did it, I think he is a stool pidgeon, someone to blame because he had a record.
So they can close the case quickly. But if they settle on the first person they find, then the real killer is running amok and that is dangerous.

Unless the reports I've read are in error, Jasons body was found upstairs, which would rule out him answering the door.

They took the child out of the house.
The only type of person who would do that is a person who had compassion/feelings for the child.
Stone cold killers shoot and move. They don't carry evidence with them.
This was an inexperienced murderer.

I think that it is awful what happened to Jennifer's family, it is even worse that people are blaming her for not taking her family out of the "ghetto", he mom was a grown woman; maybe she did not want to move did anyone think of that? Secondly, it's never bad to speak ill of the dead and it is definately wrong to place the blame on Jennifer. The fault lies with the person who committed these crimes and that is it. How would you feel if it were your family? Just because Jennifer is getting famous does not mean she has millions of dollars, contrary to what you believe, it takes time to make that type of money. My prayers go out to her family in the hopes that the killer is found and brought to justice so that they can begin the healing process.

I have read so many negative comments on TMZ the last couple of days that are so cruel and ignorant. I dont know why I am shocked to see the same level of insenstive, thoughtless comments on Jennifers personal website. I can only imagine how she feels when she reads those comments from the sewage that seeps on her site and blames her for this tragedy, puts down her family, accuses her ex boyfriend of commiting the murders, trashes her sister, asking why she didnt protect her nephew from this...etc..etc..If people want to show such ignorance and zero class and respect then save your insensitive comments for the likes of TMZ. This family is going through a hell not many can imagine and they have not even buried their loved ones. Its really sad to think that Jennifer may go on her site to get a sense of the support she has from so many people, only to be subjected to such rude, heartless comments..I dont think its alot to ask for at a time like this to show some humanity towards people who are suffering badly right now but apparently respect does not exist anymore.

Little by little details are coming out, seems there was someone else involved. Question is who and exactly why were these people killed? The truth will come out, Jennifer is too famous and the people involved are too dumb. Only a matter of time now. These people live by the sword and die by it, such violence, truly a sad and sick way to live. I feel so sorry for the child, seems he was the only true innocent in all of this.

#93, I agree with you. Whoever took Julian out of the house (whether at the time of the home invasion, not expecting him to be there because it was a week day, or before the home invasion happened, in a last minute attempt to get him out of harm's way before the hit went down) clearly had some conflicting feelings. First impulse was to spare his life, until the full consequences of having him alive to tell the story were considered. Police information released to media stated that Julian was killed inside the SUV, after it had been parked at the location at which it was found Monday morning. The fact that he had not been restrained in the vehicle makes me think that he may have been traveling with someone he knew. How awful to think of a little boy, riding in a familar vehicle with an adult he trusted, having the vision of that same person pointing a gun at him and pulling the trigger as his last memory of life on earth.

I believe the term you are looking for is SCAPE GOAT - not stool pigeon.

And FYI people - this could just have easily been a WHITE family or any other race. It just happened to be an African-American family this time. The color of your skin, or anyone's skin for that matter, doesn't mean jack. It's the person they are, not their race. Obviously there are some truly screwed up individuals out there - and the Hudson's just happened to come across of the them.

You people all want to point the finger and blame someone - blame William; blame Julia; blame whomever - but it's not your decision to make. The guilty party knows who they are - and they're the one(s) who are going to have to answer for this heinous crime.

I agree with post #42. A lot of things don't add up and you hit it right on the spot. If she had time to write a post, change her profile pic, add friends, change her mood then why did she not delete william and take pictures of him off her page? Good questions I would love to learn the answer to.

What I don't understand is -- Why where grown children still living at home? I find it odd that Jennifer, the youngest, managed to get out of her mothers home and make something of herself. Why counldn't they?

Neighbors told Newsradio780 that Jason regularly sat in a chair in front of the home all day, every day.

As I told you yesterday, police believe they have located the murder weapon. A woman called in a tip to police describing a white Suburban similar to the one found on Monday with Julian King’s body inside.

She said the vehicle cut through a vacant lot near Kolin Avenue and she watched as the occupants tossed a weapon out a window. The witness said she saw two men in the vehicle driving throughout the neighborhood on Saturday.

Theory 2: Jason Hudson's Involvement

Jason Hudson has had a few run ins with the law. Perhaps he owed some people some money and they were coming after him. I'm not sure what Ms. Donnerson's schedule would've been like on a regular school day and what time Julian went to school. Maybe she normally took him to school, and didn't come home from dropping him off until around 9:30. If the killers had been watching the house all week, and noticed this pattern, maybe they didn't expect to find Mrs. Donnerson and Julian there on Friday. I mean, it wasn't like it was a major holiday. This would've explained a few things:

1)Why Jason went from being shot downstairs to going upstairs in his bedroom. Did he have something in his bedroom that the killers wanted? Otherwise, why did they let him walk upstairs instead of shooting him in cold blood like they did his mother?

2)They weren't expecting to see Julian. I think this may have really posed a problem for them as they struggled with what to do with him and the person couldn't bear to kill a 7 year old kid. I mean, they had enough heart not to kill the dog- but then again the dog can't talk. Whoever killed Jason and his mother probably didn't kill Julian- they got someone else to.

The sad thing is, this poor boy witnessed the murder and became a liability.

I'm still trying to figure out what Julia's motive could be. The only things I can think of is a)to do this to frame William b)to plan this with some other people in order to get money (ransom for julian-hence the cut off hand, drugs or drug money from jason- did he keep his stash in his bedroom where his body was found?) c) to collect insurance money


I hope the Chicago Police does a good job and looks at all angles.

This is so ,so sad. God is really giving Jennifer the strenght to get through this. Her sister is probably just a hinder to her. Please Jennifer I know this is your sister, but you will have too distance yourself, she's just bad news. I saw her with Jennifer on the Ophra Show, she looks totally ghetto now. People whenever you get the opportunity to get out of the HOOD, please get out. Let this be a sad warning. God Bless you Jennifer and your family.
