91. #93, I agree with you. Whoever took Julian out of the house (whether at the time of the home invasion, not expecting him to be there because it was a week day, or before the home invasion happened, in a last minute attempt to get him out of harm's way before the hit went down) clearly had some conflicting feelings. First impulse was to spare his life, until the full consequences of having him alive to tell the story were considered. Police information released to media stated that Julian was killed inside the SUV, after it had been parked at the location at which it was found Monday morning. The fact that he had not been restrained in the vehicle makes me think that he may have been traveling with someone he knew. How awful to think of a little boy, riding in a familar vehicle with an adult he trusted, having the vision of that same person pointing a gun at him and pulling the trigger as his last memory of life on earth.

I believe the term you are looking for is SCAPE GOAT - not stool pigeon.

And FYI people - this could just have easily been a WHITE family or any other race. It just happened to be an African-American family this time. The color of your skin, or anyone's skin for that matter, doesn't mean jack. It's the person they are, not their race. Obviously there are some truly screwed up individuals out there - and the Hudson's just happened to come across of the them.

You people all want to point the finger and blame someone - blame William; blame Julia; blame whomever - but it's not your decision to make. The guilty party knows who they are - and they're the one(s) who are going to have to answer for this heinous crime.

Neighbors told Newsradio780 that Jason regularly sat in a chair in front of the home all day, every day.

As I told you yesterday, police believe they have located the murder weapon. A woman called in a tip to police describing a white Suburban similar to the one found on Monday with Julian King’s body inside.

She said the vehicle cut through a vacant lot near Kolin Avenue and she watched as the occupants tossed a weapon out a window. The witness said she saw two men in the vehicle driving throughout the neighborhood on Saturday.

Theory 2: Jason Hudson's Involvement

Jason Hudson has had a few run ins with the law. Perhaps he owed some people some money and they were coming after him. I'm not sure what Ms. Donnerson's schedule would've been like on a regular school day and what time Julian went to school. Maybe she normally took him to school, and didn't come home from dropping him off until around 9:30. If the killers had been watching the house all week, and noticed this pattern, maybe they didn't expect to find Mrs. Donnerson and Julian there on Friday. I mean, it wasn't like it was a major holiday. This would've explained a few things:

1)Why Jason went from being shot downstairs to going upstairs in his bedroom. Did he have something in his bedroom that the killers wanted? Otherwise, why did they let him walk upstairs instead of shooting him in cold blood like they did his mother?

2)They weren't expecting to see Julian. I think this may have really posed a problem for them as they struggled with what to do with him and the person couldn't bear to kill a 7 year old kid. I mean, they had enough heart not to kill the dog- but then again the dog can't talk. Whoever killed Jason and his mother probably didn't kill Julian- they got someone else to.

The sad thing is, this poor boy witnessed the murder and became a liability.

I'm still trying to figure out what Julia's motive could be. The only things I can think of is a)to do this to frame William b)to plan this with some other people in order to get money (ransom for julian-hence the cut off hand, drugs or drug money from jason- did he keep his stash in his bedroom where his body was found?) c) to collect insurance money


I hope the Chicago Police does a good job and looks at all angles.

98. This is so ,so sad. God is really giving Jennifer the strenght to get through this. Her sister is probably just a hinder to her. Please Jennifer I know this is your sister, but you will have too distance yourself, she's just bad news. I saw her with Jennifer on the Ophra Show, she looks totally ghetto now. People whenever you get the opportunity to get out of the HOOD, please get out. Let this be a sad warning. God Bless you Jennifer and your family.

101. If the police can find a gun so fast, why can't they find little Caylee Anthony's body down in Florida? They have spent so much time on that, but nothing.
My heart goes out to the mother of Julian. I have 3 kids, and I can't fathom what she must be going through.

102. Any violent crime story involving a child, is always heartbreaking. I must say that these situations evoke many opinions. We all know that hind sight is 20/20. I have shed tears of anguish for little Julian. No child should ever have to endure the pain he suffered during his final moments. No doubt he came from a loving, family environment. However, to love is to shelter and protect. As the details continue to emerge, I am not so sure he was in a safe environment by any means. I am not trying to judge. I am only trying to make sense of all the facts related to the case. So friggin' sad....
