Also, are you aware that the US supported Sadaam Hussein for 20 years? He was our puppet. We were A-ok with the behavior of a murderous dictator, as long as he was on our side. So, next time you want to rant about us bringing freedom to Iraq, remember that we supported oppression and slaughter in Iraq for 20 years. 94. Here's what we will see the first 100 days of the Obama Administration....folks are you really voting for these things to happen or just for a good looking articulate black man? What does the triumvirate of Obama-Pelosi-Reid offer?

Rep. Barney Frank is calling for new tax hikes on the most successful and a 25 percent across-the-board slash in national defense. Sen. John Kerry is talking up new and massive federal spending, a la FDR's New Deal. Specifically, we can almost surely expect:

-- Swift amnesty for 12 million to 20 million illegal aliens and a drive to make them citizens and register them, as in the Bill Clinton years. This will mean that Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona will soon move out of reach for GOP presidential candidates, as has California.

-- Border security will go on the backburner, and America will have a virtual open border with a Mexico of 110 million.

-- Taxes will be raised on the top 5 percent of wage-earners, who now carry 60 percent of the U.S. income tax burden, and tens of millions of checks will be sent out to the 40 percent of wage-earners who pay no federal income tax. Like the man said, redistribute the wealth, spread it around.

-- Social Security taxes will be raised on the most successful among us, and capital gains taxes will be raised from 15 percent to 20 percent. The Bush tax cuts will be repealed, and death taxes reimposed.

-- Two or three more liberal activists of the Ruth Bader Ginsberg-John Paul Stevens stripe will be named to the Supreme Court. U.S. district and appellate courts will be stacked with "progressives."

-- Special protections for homosexuals will be written into all civil rights laws, and gays and lesbians in the military will be invited to come out of the closet. "Don't ask, don't tell" will be dead.

-- The homosexual marriages that state judges have forced California, Massachusetts and Connecticut to recognize, an Obama Congress or Obama court will require all 50 states to recognize.

-- A "Freedom of Choice Act" nullifying all state restrictions on abortions will be enacted. America will become the most pro-abortion nation on earth.

-- Affirmative action -- hiring and promotions based on race, sex and sexual orientation until specified quotas are reached -- will be rigorously enforced throughout the U.S. government and private sector.

-- Universal health insurance will be enacted, covering legal and illegal immigrants, providing another powerful magnet for the world to come to America, if necessary by breaching her borders.

-- A federal bailout of states and municipalities to keep state and local governments spending up could come in December or early next year.

-- The first trillion-dollar deficit will be run in the first year of an Obama presidency. It will be the first of many.

Wow, she actually thinks that if William did a course in Jail that this makes him a smart and good kid, geez what an accomplishment, maybe try getting an education outside of jail before you boast about the education that he got, she needs to set the benchmark higher for this kid, no wonder William is the way he is. She has no Idea if her son was involved unless she was right there with him when the murders happened and can back up his alibi, she's only going by what William has told her by the sounds of it , as if he's going to say "yeah Mama i did it", i hope for her sake he didn't but the only people who do know for sure are the deceased right now and maybe Julia since she would have known what Jason was up to as far as drugs was concerned and she would know if William had a motive or not, i doubt William told his mother everything that goes on with him especially about any dealings with drugs, why would he? she should just wait for the police to do their job and gather evidence and interview people before she says she knows he didn't do it .

96. I agree the mother should never have been interviewed unless she had a lawyer by her side. I love these Moms that say my child would never do this or that. The whole thing is a very sad story but happens everyday. The problem is many people are hurt and scared by this for life. My prayers go to Jennifer.

It shocked me & disturbed my sensitive psyche, and I was taken aback at first, but I thought about it and realized that she was defensive. Most people get defensive when they feel they have been attacked alot, plus most moms protect their children at any cost. That's natural. She feels like her son is being railroaded, because he has been denied some of his basic rights. I certainly understand, but maybe she can calm herself & try again & get better results.
She won't get results by being argumentative.
I think most people would be unhappy if they feel they were being denied some of their basic rights.
Especially if they work & pay taxes contributing to building this great country of ours.

#23 I wanted to ask you where you found the information that Jason had been shot near the door.
Because all the reports I've read say his body was found in his bedroom, and if he was really shot by the door that would mean that you are right, someone carried his body to his bedroom & it would indeed have to be someone equal to his size or larger.

I think the time is over due to clean up that area where this horrific crime ensued. This is a terrible crime.
Jennifer & innocent Julian are the ones who were caught in the cross fire of this thing.
Its awful
I feel for Jennifer & I hope that she is somewhere safe, & continues to be safe. I am sure she is in terrible shock right now & it will take a long time before she will truly be able to grieve.
She is right to go away, to an undisclosed area & take some privacy & quiet time for herself.

I've heard people ask why didn't their mom move out of there. I read somewhere that Jennifer asked her to do so.
I don't know for sure, but I think she didn't move because, it may have had something to do with her having to choose between her children.
If Julia and Jason got into trouble, then maybe they were on probation, if they were, they can't leave the state.
If they gave custody of Julian to Darnell due to Julia getting in trouble, then if Darnell moved away Julia wouldn't be able to see her son.
I believe if this was the basis for her decision, she had a very difficult time making it.
She chose what she thought would be beneficial to all at the time. The choice that would allow her the opportunity to see all her children & all the children to see her. Plus, Julia & Jason lived with her, so evidently she may have thought they wouldn't have a place to go if she left.

I think this is what happened, but I don't know for sure.

102. couldn't agree with you more. As an African American, I am tired of this same ol' song and dance. My upbringing wasn't exactly perfect, but I've made something of myself. The same cannot be said for my brother. Its almost as if these kids WANT to live this ghetto life. I don't understand it. Balfour's mother is a disgusting joke and it sickens me that she'd say something negative about Mr. Hudson who her son most likely murdered. Mr. Jason Hudson is not on trial madam, he is dead, most likely at the hands of your "innocent" son. When are these ghetto bitches going to accept responsibility for their actions? I'm tired of my entire race getting classified as ignorant, classless and plain dumb due to some peoples bad choices. Trust me, we ALL don't live our lives like this.

Thanks Boom Shakkalakka, I am also african american and hold a very staunch position at a major University, I am poised on all levels and very well spoken. I had a comfortable childhood w/no warranted complaints. My brother and I reaped the outstanding benefits as children by having two working parents in the home and all of the love and support we needed on every imaginable level. But still, for some odd reason he chose to travel the negative path in adulthood. My thing is stop making excuses for the thugs ...... we (the public) give them way too much attention. If they step out of line depending on the crime the judicial system should take full force in repremanding them. There is no way that Balfour should be allowed to even speak right now other than answering questions regarding these murders. They should break him down completely, no food, no bathroom breaks someone should be in his face 24 7 until he brakes ...... all people regardless of race have good and bad in them, all people also have free will to decide which they want to pursue .... sadly enough a large amount finds solace in pursuing the bad .....

I think you both are missing this commentor's point. What I believe she was trying to say is that Iraq had nothing to do with 911. Yet, we are in a war with them anyway. On another note, I would love to hear Mr. A's explanation for why we are there and also hear what Mr. A thinks about this new Bush doctrine where we basically can go where ever we want and go into solemn nations and start wars on the thought they "might" attack us. This apparently is already being put into practice as we've just illegally gone into two countries over the weekend and now in one of them our embacy is abandoning ship because its too dangerous for Americans now. WTF??

105. This woman is just unbelieveable! Nancy Grace should have gone after her much more than she did. How convvenient for his mother to forget that her son was in prison for attempted murder. Oh but he must be such a great guy because while he was in PRISON for ATTMEPTED MURDER he got his GED and studied horticulture. WOW, sounds like a great guy. He was certainly taught to respect people and I guess that must be why he was married and had several girlfriends on the side.
