People most certainly are judging Julia. Saying she is under suspicion is a value judgement, given that the police haven't said anything of the sort.

Crimes are always tried in the media and I understand that. Plus, it's TMZ! None of us is here for intellectual stimulation.

But some of these comments are just plain nasty.

Not all of us who are criticizing Julia are white. I am Black and Hispanic. I know that if ,God forbid, something like this would of happened to me , the last place I would be is MySpace updating my page and accepting new friends. Or the very least, take that man off your page and set to private.

All this doesn't sit well with me. People want to chalk it up as grieving. I chalk it up as her moment in the spotlight. Her page just screams ''needy attention whore''. She is reveling in the attention. And of course ,the new adds want their 15 minutes of fame,just to be connected to the case. Ugh

The whole thing is tragic and disgusting at the same time.

79. I don't understand why people think she's loving the spotlight. I've only seen her in one press conference. Those are usually done at the request of the police department. Who would say no to that?

Her behavior may have seemed a bit 'off', but I really think grief can make you do crazy things. I'm betting she doesn't remember a word she said.

I really don't understand why that guy's pic is still up on myspace, but I think it's more than a stretch to consider she would be involved in this.

Jennifer has said numerous times she loves to go home. Not all families are comfortable being supported by a rich relative. That speaks volumes to me, and I think it's to their credit.

83. I don't think Jennifer is selfish or greedy. She has worked hard to get where she is - and good for her for taking advantage of her opportunites and making a success out of herself.

From what I've read Jennifer DID try to get her mom out of the area, but her mother didn't want to leave. Apparently she WAS helping support her mom. Her career is just beginning - she is not an "A List" actress yet - and not making a ton of money. If she was already giving to support her mom (probably so her mom could stay home and take care of Julian - think about it), why should she pay for her brother and sister to sit at home on their butts and do nothing? I imagine there was also some concern on her part for what exactly any money sent their way would be spent on - I don't blame her for not wanting to fund their drug habits/selling.

I feel awful for Jennifer. I am also very close to my mom - and I cannot ever imagine losing her in such a violent and senseless way, not to mention a nephew and a brother. With the holidays coming up it's going to be an especially emotional and difficult time for her.

87. I will not donatre a cent to this fund. No one had been charged. These people were drug pushers and gang members. I am sorry, I will not sentd a dime of my hard earrned money to these losers. They need to go to college and get an education and become more enlightened in a positive way that will contribute to the good of society then to be palling around with drugist and gangsters and law brakers and glorying in it. No way no how thy are getting my money. They need to donate the drug money that Jason died and leave to help the victims instead. What happen to these three people was the height of clarlessness on the part of these adults and these adults chosing the to go down the bath of of dealing in drugs and joining gangs instead of lifting up their heads and stay away from the bad influences and either learn a trade or get an education and pull them selves out of the hood. Many others have done it but they choose the bad path for the quidk money and the mother was just an accoomplice. I will give my money to a more reputable orginazion with more oversight and transparancy. What they need to do is to form an organizaton to fight against gangsterism in their neighborhood. Jennifer Hudson, posed with a picture of her holding her Oscar award with her attempted murderer brother in law all of them looking very happy. This is just the mind set of these people, they pall around with these gangsters and drug pushers and attempted murders as if it is thekr second nature. No way no how will I contribute my money to these people , not with all these people being menbers of gangs and selling drugs. Whatever happen to these people, they brothgt it on themselves, except for the minor child. Jennifer new about all the drug pushing and the gang membership going on in her family. I do not know for sure that these killings were as a result of domestic violence , however, because of what the adults in this family are and were involve in, I just cannot give my money. What it this was a drug related hit? This is so characteristic of when the drugist do a hit job and wipe out the whole family to send a message or for revenge.

I read somewhere that there was defensive wounds, and sometimes in a struggle there may be blood on the person trying to defend theirself, or something under the fingernails, or hair gets pulled.

And also they said Balfour was in a gang, was Julia in one too?

89. The picture is Jennifer's mother, I saw her on in the news in that very outfit, taking a picture with Jennifer, if I am not mistaken it was at the Oscar award. She is wearing a straight wig in this picture. You guys may want to ytube it. This is the mother and not Julia. Julia is lighter than her mother and she does not have that space in her frount teeth like the mother.

90. Something has been bugging me the past few days in regards to little Julian.
How was some one able to take that 7 year old from the house without him being in a hysterical state?
I think that Julian was not in that house when the shootings occured...I believe that some one that he knew and trusted took him out before the murders happened.
Julia claims that she dropped Julian off to her mother the night before after her birthday dinner and that was the last that she ever saw him.
How do we know that is true?...dead folks can not talk...everyone who lived in that house is now dead with the exception of Julia.
Perhaps little Julian never went home from that birthday dinner with his mother...perhaps Julia is lying and her and Julian stayed somewhere else that night so that these executions could be carried out...perhaps Julian was murdered as an after thought when the killer or killers figured out that he would be able to tell the police where he and his mother and whoever else were the night before and that they had never went home from the party...point being is that some one killed that baby because he was old enough to possibly blow their cover in this murder plan...I think that this was done for many reasons...I think that Julia may have did it not only for attention and sympathy but also because she wanted to live happily ever after in her mothers house with William but her family didnt want him there...
Think about the original headline..."Jennifer Hudsons mother and brother found dead"...that headline alone generated a lot of shock and sympathy to the survivor "Julia" and had their plan worked out her and Jennifer would have gotten very close from this tragedy and her and William would have been living happily ever after on Jennifers money and loyalty as well as the proceeds from selling the death house!
As for William...he was all about the dollars too more than likely..I dont think that he loved Julia..but I'm sure that wouldnt have stopped him from going with the plan and mooching off of her for life...heck what did he have to lose...that child was noth his and Jason and Ms Hudson were no kin to him either!
I may be wrong about my opinion and I truly hope that I am but right now I'm kind of feeling like Inspector Gadget!
May God rest these innocent victims souls and let true justice prevail!
