Something I noticed, that I didnt see mentioned by anyone else yet...U look on her myspace and alot of her friends have posted pics of Julian or Jason as their default pics and changed their default names to RIP and such.(as alot of people do when someone close to them dies) Now Julia took the time to change her default pic, but it was just another pic of her. Wouldn't u think she would change it to a pic of her son....I just thought that was strange is all...even Jennifer changed the default pic to Julian.

35. This case is such a tragedy. But call me crazy, I just noticed Kanye's mom and Jennifer's mom both had a gap's in their front teeth and both of them had names that began with "d" Donda & Darnell. I would say that maybe the next unfortunate victim of violence will be a famous black person's mom with a gap in her front teeth, heed the warning, protect your mom don't let this happen to her!

36. I would not take a lie detector test if I was being accused of murder either. I don't know if he is guilty or not, but I hope they do find the real murderer and he or she gets locked up for life!

37. I have no idea whether he was guilty. Nevertheless, a great many scientific studies have shown lie detector machines to be essentially worthless. They are quite unreliable. No one with a brain should take one.

Once again, a crime has been labeled "unhuman." Really- As compared to what, animals perhaps? Animals don't kill for revenge, greed , or jealousy. Hmm, could be aliens too, I suppose. But with the usual sad familiarity, this crime is what has unfortunately become, all too human.

39. lie detector tests are not admissible in court because they are not scientifically proven to be correct. if the guy did it the cops will be able to prove it without a lie detector.

40. This is a case where any means to get to the truth through the person they have in custody. Be it sodium Pentathol or electro shock. It's time that more drastic measures should be taken against anyone who is a suspect in a crime such as this. If this person is innocent then he should not refuse the test, no matter if it is 50% accurate or inacurrate. Too much time is wasted on bunch of b.s.

Because the "lie detector" proves nothing.

I have no idea whether this guy did it or not. But more people should be aware that the "lie detector" machine test has been extensively demonstrated a serious problem. Liars often fool it, and people telling the verifiable truth are often reported by it to be lying. Pray you never get put on this machine and it says you're lying when in fact, you're not.

BTW, I have no "axe to grind." I've never taken a lie detector test or even been asked to. Just look into it and you'll discover what I've been saying here: the so-called lie detector machine is disastrously unreliable.

You simply have not done your homework.

They are spot-on accurate for SOME people, but for many they get it WRONG. Before you disagree again, just do some research. The information is out there.

Perhaps because IL had to halt it's death penalty when literally dozens of blacks sitting on death row were found to be not guilty? It's normal to stop trusting a system so corrupt. I believe that, and I'm white.

45. I work in govt. and had to take a lie detector test as part of the hiring process. I was asked if I'd ever stolen from an employer. I responded yes, since I'd taken pens and post-it notes home. The result said I was lying (thus had not stolen post-its and pens). I work with a woman who flatlined the entire test. The guy running it said he'd only seen someone do that 2 times in 24 years of giving the test, and asked if she was on blood pressure medication. She could say "I'm a space man smoking weed" and the test would show that she was not lying. They're not reliable and any good attorney would tell a murder suspect to decline.
