Hudson Suspect Refuses to Get Hooked Up

The primary suspect in the murders of Jennifer Hudson's family insists he's innocent –- but won't take a lie detector test.

William Balfour told cops he had a "good relationship" with the Hudson family, reports the AP, but when they asked him to take a polygraph, he refused and "stopped cooperating" with detectives. Balfour still hasn't been charged, but cops still are honed in on him as the possible killer.

The handgun found yesterday by cops is thought to be a .45 caliber weapon, the same that was used in the murder of Darnell Donerson, Jason Hudson, and Julian King.

I agree. It could be possible that she did have something to do with this. As a mother, I would have removed Balfour pictures totally off myspace. She is not thinking. She is causing a lot of questions being asked if she had anything to do with her family being murdered. The reason Balfour has not been charged, they are making sure that when they charge him (if he didi it) that the charges will stick. Also, I beleive that there was another person involved. Once the forensics is completed, we will know the truth. It was a smart move on his part, not to take the lie detector test. So I ask the following questions.

1) what was the time of death for the Hudson's family (mother, brother nephew)?
2) what time did his parole officer call him?
3) what time did Julia get to her job to work or pick up her paycheck?
4) what time did he get to his girlfriends house and how did he get there? (Balfour)
5) where, when, who was the last call placed to from the Hudson's resident?
6) why?

47. This guy might not be guilty, that gun might not be the murder weapon.
Several shots from a 45 and no one calls the cops?
That alone shows you that this neighborhood is a getto.
This murder could have been someone that thought
they could get money and killed them because they did not have
what they wanted.
More than likely it is someone they knew.
