Murder Weapon in Hudson Murder ID'd

31. i'm with alot of u on the fact that she handed her 'big' 7 year old baby to her mother as if he was an infant. and does anyone know who the 'friend' was that went with them to have cake? william's mom said somewhere that she had called and asked him to go. but then i read that they argued that morning.....make up to break up.....then murder?my heart goes out 2 all innvolved. such a tragedy r.i.p hudson fam and julian.

32. The reporter asked her what her last conversation with Julian was like.
The only thing I could gather from her response was that he was "bugging"
her and wanted to go home. She didn't even mention him once she met her
mother at the door. "I went to bed and she went upstairs." So where was Julian?
Why not, "THEY went upstairs and I went to bed." Remember, he was sleeping
and she had a hard time waking him up. Are we to assume then, that this very sleepy child
just went on to bed by himself, or did her mother have to carry him? And if so, then why
no mention of it?
If that had been mother and my child, I'd be reliving their every last word and sentence.

Again, this entire thing is very strange.

33. JULIAN WAS EVIDENCE,,,NO KILLER EVER CARRIES THE EVIDENCE AWAY FROM THE HOUSE!
THAT CHILD WAS NOT PRESENT IN THAT HOUSE WHEN THESE HOMICIDES OCCURRED...I THINK THAT HE WAS KILLED BECAUSE THE KILLER FIGURED OUT THAT JULIAN WOULD HAVE CONTRADICTED THE STORY THATS BEING TOLD NOW ABOUT HIS MOTHER HANDING HIM AND THE CAKE OVER TO THE GRANDMOTHER THE NIGHT BEFORE.
IM NOT SAYING THAT JULIA IS THE KILLER BUT IF SHE'S NOT THEN I BELIEVE THAT SHE KNOWS WHO IS!
I HOPE THAT I AM SOOOOOO WRONG ABOUT THIS!

34. A neighbor reported hearing Julia and William arguing that morning. Julia got pissed afterl she got to work and discovered her wages had been garnished because William didn't make the car payments. Maybe it was the mother he was arguing with at the house instead of Julia since she was already at work. Usually when there's a fight like this is because of money or drugs.

Somehow I'm suspicious of Julia too but not sure how she fits in. It was obvious to me that she is jealous of Jennifer. I noticed on her MySpace page (before she changed it to private) that for her favorite music or movie she didn't put her own sister's movies or recordings here. As if to say she wasn't a fan!

.................Julia brought her mother left over cake and food! Now that's hard for me to believe!!! She ain't the type to have any leftovers.

38. My opinion....how could some one possibly "kidnap" a 7 year old in broad daylight with no one in the neighborhood noticing?
An infant maybe....maybe even a toddler....but not a seven year old.....someone knows more than what they are saying....Julia
just seems to be cold hearted....motive? Jen Hudsons money????? with out mom,,,or brother....who would be next in line if
"something" god forbid happened to Jen???????????? Too many questions not many answers!!!!!!!!!

I agree with you guys.

I have been very redundant on these posts regarding the subject of what Julian was wearing when he came home from the birthday dinner and what he was found in. I can't shake the feeling that will be a major factor in the timeline of Julian's death and blowing a big hole in someone's story. I can't understand why the police won't disclose the time of Julian's death either.

I thought Julia said she handed over her son to her mom, who was waiting at the front door, and left. A poster informed me Julia did not leave after she handed Julian over to his grandmother so I listened to the press conference video again and the poster was correct, Julia did say she went to bed after handing Julian over to her mother.......but she could have been lying, just as some of you said.

If Julia did not put him to bed did the grandmother take off his clothes and put him in a white T-shirt and basketball shorts to sleep in, because that is what Julian was found in?

Why was the description of what Julian was wearing when last seen was a striped polo shirt and pants. That doesn't make sense to me.....when Julia took him home someone had to take his clothes off when he went to bed. Everyone was alive then and when Julia left for work Friday morning everyone was still alive, so how could he be last seen in a striped polo shirt and pants. No, no, no....he would have last been seen in what he wore to bed and I know his grandmother did let him sleep in the striped polo shirt and the pants.

Evidently Julia did not look in on her son before she left for work Friday morning. Why didn't she say "my mom put him to bed so I don't know what he had on, it was probably his pj's or a T-shirt and shorts.

There is something really not right about the clothing statement which I think is very important towards her credibility.

Julia seems to "lie by omission".....she does not outright lie but simply leaves a lot of facts out....like she went to her birthday dinner with a friend or friends but it comes out that one of the friends was William.

41. Wondering in Denver It would not be abnormal William came and went from that house many times. The neighbors would not think twice about that and Julian seen his family get killed so he would go with him quietly because he was in shock or scared. But I do think Julia knows more than she is saying.

42. Julia certainly seem to have questionable judgment. But that leads to bad choices in life, not evil. I just can't see her being involved.

And who knows what she told police? The press conference was to plea for Julian's return, not really to tell people everything she knows. Maybe that's what he was wearing when she saw him last. I wouldn't be surprised if his grandma put him to bed and got him dressed the next morning.

It does seem like William might have had help though.

It doesn't matter what Julia said about what happened the night before, about going home after her birthday and handing Julian off to his grandmother and then going to bed etc. because the only people who really know what happened that night and the next morning are her mother, brother and son and they are not here anymore to say different. So Julia can say anything she wants to.

45. Julia did not put him to bed because when she got to the house she took him in the house with her and put him in his bed, shot Jason, and then started to leave the house and the mother ran toward her at the door, and that is when she ran out of the house and turned around and shot back through the door trying to kill the mother and she did because she shot over and over until she hit her.

She thne heard Julian crying and she shot him inside the house down stairs and he was bleeding so she changed his clothes and grabbed a piece of curtain and wrapped him inside the curtain and put him inside the car, where she later shot him again.

She then called william and told him what she had done and she took william car and drove it to the school where she worked and parked it. and Williams droved the van and parked it a short distance from his girlfriend's house.

William did not kill anyone, but it appears that Julia did all of the ikilling, but william is covering for hie wife and she is trying to FRY HIM!!!!!! .....

I HATE TO SAY THIIS BUT JULIA IS OUR MYSTERY PERSON AND APPEARS TO BE OUR KILLER!!!!!!!!!
