When you are on parole you must stay where they parole to unless your parole officer ok your new home...the parole officer must go out and check your new residents first...william may have been lying about where he was living and this right here has mess up up that is a big parole violation..so just cause he miss the hearing long as he told to the officer and she said it was ok its ok...but i bet thats why the parole officer is holding him...my sister hudband is a parole officer he said thats the reason...yeah hes a crooket ass officer to.lol..

Julia said Julian was giving her a problem at the birthday dinner, she probably busted his head open on the way home and did not seek medical help.When the next morning came and julian did not wake up because he was dead from being beat up by his huge mother with her giant paw hands, Mother Donnerson became aware of Julian's condition and so did Jason and they went into a fight with eachother. Jason got his gun, Julia went insane beat him up too, Mother Donnerson got caught in the middle and was shot up by Julia aiming for Jason.Julia put Julian into the SUV and drove around in panic mode cus she knew what she had just done. If the findings come out that that boy was dead hours before the shots to the head, then I would be right.She shot her dead son in the head to cover her huge arse!She said it was hard to get him into the house cus he could not wake up because she knocked him unconsious and gave him a concussion and without treatment or anything Julain was slowly dying in his sleep.I do not beleive in the gang theory espicaill where Julian is concerned, they would not have killed their future leader!So, Julian was the first to die at his mother's hands then Mother Donnerson, Then Jason.Open your eyes people.

83. The gun will give them more evidence and possibly finger prints that they can match. I 'm sure Balfour's finger prints are already on record. all they have to do is make a positive match to them. As for Julia, she has an aliby, she was at work, her boss already this to the police. I agree that Balfour may not have done it, how about the person that was supposedly buying this car, maybe they got pissed and took revenge. These thugs get mean when they don't get what they want. All we all know for sure is that this is such a horrible tragedy, and how can anyone live with themselves after killing an innocent little boy. He is an Angel now with God, and he will be at peace with his grandmother and uncle. God Bless them all.

84. i wouldn't be jumping to clonclusions about who the killer is just by the information that we have on the internet, there could be a lot that was missed out up to now, they wouldn't be giving us every detail anyway. But personally no matter how bad Julia's judgement is i don't think she's a killer, if she looked nervous or suspicious to anyone i would say that she may have known who the person/person's involved were and that it may reveal a lot about her family (like her brother being linked to a gang and drugs) and to me she looked still in shock and wanting to get the press conference over with quickly, but that doesn't mean she's guilty, and it's not going by what they've told us or what she said, remember she probably wasn't even thinking clearly. Just 'cause the gun was Jason's doesn't mean someone in the house (ie Julia) used it to kill, considering William and Julia were still speaking and from what's been said William was at Julia's birthday, i can only assume he still regularly had dealings with the family, at least with Julia, so even if he was kicked out of the house he may still have come and gone from the house regularly, it's just possible he took the gun from the house himself, not saying did the crime but it's probable. Plus if Jason had a gunshot wound already in his leg it's plausible that whoever did that to him prior to that day was coming back to finish the job and yes i don't think Julian was expected to be there, i don't think the case is as complicated as most are making it out to be. One more thing, Jason was shot through the door and in his leg most likely first, this wouldn't have killed him instantly, he could have maybe got himself up the stairs still to try to get to the gun that he believed was in his bedroom (the stolen gun that was no longer there) in order to defend himself, not knowing it was missing, the gunman could then have shot his mom while coming through to go after him and then finished him off upstairs, after all the person knew he had no gun upstairs so they were not worried to wait till they got him up there, the boy was obviously taken after that, probably he was still upstairs. I just think this scenario is more probably considering everything. It's a tradgedy hope the victims RIP. I do hope it's not william but i don't think it's Julia either, the evidence so far does not look good for William though, but try to put off accusing Julia for now, you're going by stuff that she said and i don't think she's clear in the head at that conference for us to judge her just on that.

I agree with you 100% since I seen her at thre press confrence I had a gult feeling about her and if you look at the babys father in that news confrence he doesnt seem to be cool hisself I hope she didnt do it but if she did they need to hand her and sad to say it but people kill there kids everyday and if you listen to the news conference she said Julian was more like a brother to because her mother raised him now Iknow it sems strange but she also said Julian would not go with strangers that is another thing that has me womdering so that lets me know that Julian left with either his mom or Flex because if it would have been someone elese he would have kicked screamed until someone heard him but I am so glad some one out there feels the same way I do

A 15-year-old boy allegedly kidnapped from his San Fernando Valley neighborhood was shot, execution style, as he lay bound and gagged in a shallow grave because his older half-brother had not paid a $36,000 marijuana debt to a drug dealer, authorities said Thursday.

Santa Barbara County sheriff’s investigators have arrested four people and are seeking a fifth in the slaying of Nicholas Markowitz, who was shot nine times in the head and torso last week in the mountains north of Santa Barbara.

Four of the five suspects–ages 17 through 21–played youth baseball together in the west Valley during the early 1990s. Three of them later compiled arrest records. They allegedly kidnapped Markowitz from his West Hills neighborhood on Aug. 6 to pressure the boy’s 22-year-old half-brother, Benjamin, to pay the money.

The boy was killed, authorities said, after the half-brother–who did not know his sibling was a hostage–went into hiding because of death threats. The boy’s assailants concluded that they faced long prison sentences for kidnapping if he survived, officials said.

If Julia's mother WAS really waiting at the door for them and she DID go back out,
she obviously lied because she said, "I handed her her food, and I handed her her cake and that was that.
I went to bed and she went upstairs."
And another thing, why didn't she put her son to bed? No making sure he changed his clothes, brushed his teeth, no prayers, no kiss goodnight. . . no NOTHING?
No conversation between her and her mother? Just here you go, I'm out?

I also have the same questions/concerns. Julia DID say Julian kept bugging her and a "friend" said to him
your mom do all she can for your birthday so let her enjoy hers. Then she jumped to when they got home and her mom was waiting for them at the door, got her food and cake and eveybody went to bed.
She obviously didnt see Julian at all after that night. She didn't put him to bed or look in on him before she left.
And how did she get to work? Also,Balfour's mom said her older son Raymond told her William spent the night at Diane's and was at Kate's house in the morning. How come Raymond hasn't said anything about that? For all we know, Mrs. Balfour could have just made that part up. There are alot of unanswered questions.
