No, no. The original, legal owner of the gun reported it as stolen. Then it passed, probably, from jerk to jerk who bought it illegally, finally landing in the hands of the killer.

95. First and formost my thoughts and prayers are with Jennifer and her family during this tragic time. My family went through a similar case a few years back and the one thing that erked me the most was people and their ignorance. Everyone needs to keep their comments and theories to themselves!!! How would you like it if STRANGERS were publically speculating about you and your family? Accusing YOUR family member of something so terrible? My guess is that you would be appalled and angry..My God people it is about time you learned how to be empathetic to other people. For a moment just humour me and think to yourself "What if this was my family". I am sure your comments would be different.

96. OMG! I'm so tired of people living in fantasy land. I really feel that Julia (like everyone else on this blog) had some involvement in this case! We don't live (nor have we ever lived) in a "cookie-cutter" society. Money, drugs & crazy love affairs are you top reason as to why people are killed in the first place. As far as I'm concerned, members of the Hudson family have been involved in all three of those categories. Clearly, everything was not all peachy king when the house was raided for drugs in 2002. I understand those of you who are upset that some of us have made up our own theories, but we have the right to assume what we want. At some point, I'm sure you judged someone you suspected wasn't telling the truth.
Prime example, the same people on here getting mad that we believe Julia is involved, are probably the same people (even though he was found innocent) believe OJ killed Nicole. So please spare me with your "You shouldn't point fingers" speech,
When people are caught up, it doesn't matter who they kill (even if it is family). Out of desperation to clear themselves, they'll do what they think they have to do! So the bottom line is this...eventually the truth will come to light. If we assumed wrong, so what! That just shows that some of us realize crazy ish like this does happen so we know to think of the worse case scenario. If we are right though about Ms. Juila...all of you out there who think the world is like the movie "Pleasentville" needs to probably have a serious wake-up call about the world we live in. Geez, I hope ya'll aren't like the idiot people who leave their doors unlocked cause they feel the world is a safe place...haha...so sad. Guess we'll see what happens but um...I hate to say I told you so.

97. OMG. Most of you are far off in left field somewhere, making up convoluted theories. My first thought the first day was kidnapping a child for ransom. Before they got Jennifer to pay off, something went wrong. The plan didn't work right, as in stupid criminals.

I am a mother and if this had happended to me I problably couldn't stand upright or speak a complete sentence. You expect Julia to be coherent?
