The courts can hire an attorney to represent the minor/mentally ill person and only that person. He can make sure that the gauradian is not over stepping his authority. Does Brit have one? If the only voice the court hears comes from her father is it accurate? Brit's family has alot of reasons $$$ to keep her under their control. There is nothing she can do without her father signing off on it. Not even what she eats. What can of dad says "The video is great but I think we need to see Brit nude"?

Another sycophantic, out of touch, braindead SLUTney fan. You can always tell who they are; almost everytime they write anything, it's always "she's doing so good!" or something similarly stupid.
ATTENTION, SLUTney FAN: your girl is mentally retarded. She's a moron. She's such a retard that she needs someone to wipe her ass for her; she can't even balance her own checkbook without having a court appointed guardian or her father (who gave up his job to be her permanent babysitter) to look out for her. She's a no-talent dumbass who's been ripping you off for years with her fake studio voice & stupid dance moves. And, you seem to enjoy being ripped off (you're probably one of those idiots that paid $100 to go to one of her 10 minute concerts). I hope her family is helping her with her finances. It's time she stopped giving it away to leeches. If her career totally goes into the crapper, at least she may have something to live off from so she doesn't need to go work at McDonald's.

Haven't you noticed that there alot of Britneys around who have been so dumbed down within the past 20 years that even McDonalds won't hire them? McDonalds has been hiring illegal border invaders from Mexico, central and south America because the uneducated have more common sense, a better work ethic, and arrive at work on time.

Ah, I see that you have wised up (slightly) and have stopped publicly wishing death upon Britney, at least for the moment.

Given that Britney is LEGALLY PROHIBITED from seeing her kids more than a few days a week, it's very likely that she was unable to be with them on the 31st.
You'll recall that she did take the kids to a pumpkin patch place a day or two ago. This was reported right here on the TMZ web site with a photo and everything. Obviously, that was one of the days that she WAS permitted to be with her children.
Look up the words "LEGALLY" and "PROHIBITED" in the dictionary. I hope this helps.
