31. Drama. The paps are out of hand but its hard to feel sorry when the last time they were out they went to a high profile place & the paps were just as crazy. If Jessica does all this talk about the paps why does she still put herself out there for all this crap. There are many places in LA that celebs go with no problems at all. Its drama & Jessica & Tony are split so she needs a little of that following her too. If Tony were playing today it would be an interesting game too.
Sad but she is no dummy so she knew this would happen & so did Ken.

32. Ken is gay.....he grew up in the same town as me (New Baltimore, Michigan) and went to the same High School...Achor Bay High School....he was gay then and he is gay now. He owns a salan not too far away (in Clinton Twp., Mi),and he did my hair a couple years ago. And Jessica was there with him...she is much cuter in person.

41. I feel bad for ken paves. Jessica knows the paps are outside. she could easily go out of a restaurant by a secret way. but jessica has to go out the front door where all the paps are, so that she can have her picutre taken and be in the limelight. Its jessica's fault for not providing her people with protection. the paps are just doing there job. I wish people, like dee, would keep their political views to themselves. She obviouly did not read obama's plan and doesn't understand it. she got her into off the streets like so many others. thats what we all need, eight more years of white republican morons

43. I agree that California should pass a law that pap's cannot get within 15-2 5 feet of celebrities. They could still get their photos with out all the shoving and crowding. It's ridiculous there's no law about this.
