The Rich Life!
Spelling Sells Her Smaller Home

Tori's already bought a new 6,700 sq. ft. home -- so now it's time to get rid of her old, paltry pad that's not even half that size.
Tori Spelling
Tori's 3,300 sq. ft. Westwood home is up for grabs for around $2.4 million, which (only) has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, outdoor dining area, barbecue and solar-powered saltwater pool, according to the L.A. Times.

A few more babies -- and the accompanying magazine photo shoots -- and Tori will soon be able to afford another upgrade.

31. I bet the relationship Dean and Tori on tv is not how they are in real life. How could anyone be really happy when they met when they were both married? For television to condone what they did shows you how shallow Hollywood is and I am glad I don't live there. Karma will eventually come back to bite you.

32. Come on people... 6,000 square feet is not all that roomy. It is not a mansion! I have downsized, but, lived in a 6,000 sq ft. home. The house has Tori, Dean, Nanny, Liam, Bella and Dean's son. That is three adults and three children AND they havent been married oh so long. I would think if I could afford a little bigger for the same price(the home they are selling at $2.49Million is the exact same price they bought the Encino home). So, that seems like a much better trade off to me having twice the home at the same price. They moved a little out(20 minutes) to the Valley to get a bigger home for their budget. Plus the new home was originally listed for $3.9 Million and got it for $2.4Million

36. Tori and Dean are awesome. I love their show! Good for them. They work hard for what they have so it is nice seeing a celebrity "work" in that business...all you see is them partying and shopping. Good family values is what makes their relationship work. Good for them!!! Still a 90210 fan...watch it everyday on Soap channel.

37. 2. I just love 'tory and dean'... they have worked so hard to generate
money to 'live the lifestyle'... a larger house is extra security for
any hollywood couple... I can't imagain having to 'shield' my
family and privacy like they do! It takes money to do this and
they both work alot to maintain their lifestyle...
I have alot of respect for them, they were not handed the money
from her late father...they have to work for theirs.
Nice house.
I live in a nice neighborhood here in sofla and the houses
are not selling, especially at the price their worth.. I'm amaized
how hollywood houses "still sell' for millions? and people keep
buying them?

For the love of God, stop using quotation marks when you don't know how or when to use them. It's like reading something written by a brain injury patient.

38. One day it will be me.... I have two kids and live in a two bedroom apt in OC, CA. I share a room with my daughter and my son has a room to himself. I pay 1350 a month and it only has heating for the living room only. The water heater is half as tall as I am and can never finish a shower with hot water. I dread the cooler months cause we always get sick. I work very hard every day and struggle from week to week. Most of the time I dream about winning the lottery and play only when I have a few $$ to do so. That is what keeps me going (dreaming). I love Tori and Dean (I pray he doesn't leave her) but don't get caught up in the Hollywood gotta have this, gotta have that. Think about what you already have and how lucky you are and be happy.

39. TMZ, why don't you leave Tori alone. So what, she buys a house and sells a house. People do that everyday. So what she had an affair with a married man, Dean too, had an affair with a married woman. What's done is done, when does the blame game stop. I have to admit, Tori and Dean are newsworthy that is the only reason you report on them. I don't understand the bashing though. TMZ, you ought to be ashamed of yourself for allowing some of the stories you run. I mean the ice cream story and the dumb for two; give me a break. You would not run such ridiculous stories for a normal Joe or Jane, you only do this because you know it will catch your readers attention and of course you sell more purely hateful gossip. TMZ should be ashamed of themselves, not Tori and Dean. Men and women all over the country break up everyday because of another love, myself included. At least Tori was smart enough to realize and act on her heart felt fellings. That is more than I can say for most. So what if she is trying to better herself by buying a bigger house. Isn't that what we all do. We all want to better our lives, that is why we work so hard all our lives. Shame on TMZ and all the hateful readers that have replied calling Tori names such as horseface, whore, shame on you. You must be miserable in your own life if you have to talk down others.
