39. To #30 Jessi How ignorant are you? The last time I checked the south has statutory rape laws as well. Just because one set of dumba$$ parents is allowing their daughter to date a man 5 years her senior does not mean that all of the south condones that kind of behavior. 40. That condo is actually Miley and her mother's new place to house their new offices. Also, my friend heard that Justin will be able to live here in one of the 3 bedrooms. Dad Billy Ray was just glad to get him out of the family house. The condo is a couple of blocks away on Cahuenga from their house and now the paps can follow Miley and Justin up and down the street at all hours of the day and night. I would hate to own another unit in this building with all the commotion going on both inside and outside!

41. This family is SUCH white trash. For a parent to allow their MINOR child to have a relationship with a 20 year old is simply unacceptable. This guy is committing statutory rape. Even with a 15 yr old's consent this guy can and SHOULD be arrested. In Georgia, young men have gone to jail for 10 yrs for just this "crime". It's the law down there and fully enforced.
