The whole thing is a terrible tragidy for everyone involved especiallyt the victim and his family but if you don't forgive then you will carry the hatred around with you and it will eventually destroy you. To forgive is to free yourself. God says to get into heaven you have to forgive, he forgives us every day over and over and many times I don't think we deservie it either but he does so we should. Start a foundation for John, speak out about the tragidy of drinking and driving. Make his life not a life lived in vain. Believe me I have people in my life that I've struggled to forgive for some pretty horrible things but I'm only hurting myself if I harbor bad feelings towards anyone. Pray that Nick does something in John's memory to help him make something out of this tragedy, it may not seem like he's sorry I bet as he matures and experiences alot more in life he will.

47. I agree with #12. Take this lesson and horrible tragedy and use it to educate kids on how dangerous racing is. Kids are all about this adrenaline rush and they don't understand one bad move can damage the rest of their life and in some cases, end their life or the life of someone they love. I think it's horrible the way the Hogans act about the situation and I hope that Nick will wake up one day and realize just how tragic this is and use his life in a better manner. Right now, he's just wasting it. A product of his parents. Great job, Hogan.

48. I really do like the Hogans (as strange as they are) I think they should let little Nicky see his freind.....he needs to see what drinking and driving will do. Nicky has paid his debt to society and I believe he is sorry or as sorry as a Hogan can feel this just might turn the man around. I know people want to revert to stoning him but honestly that is so 2000 years ago. the bilbe says you have to love evrybody (IIt's hard I know but if you don't have enough love in your heart...as Jesus to give you that love)...it works boya and girls....try it sometimes

Way to blame the victim people. you think these peroxide loving over tanned freaks would ever stick up for you?

take some responsibilty for giving a minor with a record of illegal drag racing a suped up car and alchohol.

51. Last I knew the person in the other seat was an adult male who made a choice when he got in the car with a tennage driver and failed to put on his seat belt. Nick paid the price for what happend and anyone harboring anger towards him and his family better take a close look at their own family and know that this can happen to anyone. Morally of the story "wear your seat belt" and make good choices when you get into a car with someone.

52. I don't see why they should ban him from seeing his friend. Sure he made a mistake, he pled guilty to speeding and drinking. served his time, is paying his restitution. i bet this kid is more than sorry that he made such a bad decision that ruined his friencds life. But to punish him by refusing him to see him yet collect the money. You know the Hogans have been paying their hospital bills and taking care of everything. These people are money hungry and want more money and will not let him visit til they get what they want. I'm sure if John were able to speakfor himself he would forgive his friend esp since everything they have both been through.

53. What the hell has this kid done for society, much less himself !! Nothing !! He is some little guy who thinks he grew up in some rough area ! The sad thing is that his dad will be supporting him for the rest of his life because this kid seems to not want and work towards simple goals. 58. First of all I am not anyway related to the hogams or paid by anyone to post the following. The Hogan family was barred from Seeing John before Nick went to jail. Second the last time the hogans visited John the papparazy was in the front of the hospital with their cameras and all taking pictures.{which one or more people taking pics that day was probably someone from Tmz. The graziano family seen the press and papparatzi and blamed the hogans for them being there. And thats why The hogans arent allowed to see John. I seen the video on the internet of the papparazi the last day the hogans went to see john and it was clearly visible with them asking the hogans all sorts of questions and trying to block them from getting in that the hogans had nothing to do with the press etc being there that day. So johns family blames the hogans for the stupid papparatzi
being at the hospital that day. Saying that the hogans brought the press there to see them visiting john. When its clearly shown the hogans was hounded that day by the press with so many questions. and cameras. Which they didnt answer or stop for the press and ignored the predd and went right in the hospital.
I wonder if john.s family has barred danny joacobs from seeing john as he was the driver in the other car That day. and more importantly danny is the one who went to la with nick after he got out of jail and is with Nick in Las vegas.
Also for the people asking if nicjk got permission from the judge to leave state. Look up the video of nicks day in court when he was sentened. His lawyers asked the judge if nick could do his community service in california. The judge said yes. The judge made his sentence and parole stipulations. It was the police officers who are suppose to uphold the law and not let nick get away with speeding without giving him tickets on more than one occcasion. So maybe if the police did thier job and gave Nick a speeding ticket every time he sped and was pulled over Nick would of lost his lIcence and wouldnt have been able to drive that day. The police didnt do thier job. Why werent they suspended or FIRED!!! No nothing happened to the police. So they let a minor speed and known that he sped and got pulled over 15 minutes before by another cop who let hiim off and the second cop let him off again. This is all fact. So 1 cop pulled over nick who was a minor for sppeding the first time and let him go . Then 15 minutes later another cop pulls nick over for speeding again and says I heard over the radio you just pulled over for sppeding 13 minutes and that cop let him go without a ticket. So 2 different cops pulled nick over within 15 minutes and neither one gave hom a ticket? and nothing happened to the cops. Who should of been suspended or fired. SO the police broke the law and didnt have anything done to them.> yes nick speeding all those times was wrong but the cops who didnt give a ticket and let him go was even more wrong. They didnt thier job at all. Nick was a minor . He did some wrong stupid things as a minor with the speeding. But the cops who are adults and more mature and thier jobs are suppose to uphold the law and issues a ticket each time they pull someone they see speeding didnt do that. and they werent even reprimanded for disregarding the law and doing thier job. They should of been fired especially the one who heard over the radio 15 minutes before that nick was pulled over for speeding and let him go without a ticket. Cops dont even do thier job as adult and more mature than nick why didnt you people write the Pinnelas police department about them and call the supervisor etc like you did to the hogans when you wrote to anyone associated with the hogans to boycott them? The police incidents of nick sppeding more than once in 15. minutes were on tmz. Nobody posted saying to call the police department and report the cops who let nick off. If you called the shows and wrote to anyone associated with the hogans that you were going to boycott them Then you should of done the same thing to the cops!!!!! You can all you want that im brooke or related to the hogans or work for themetc But I I dont. Im just stating the facts about why the hogans arent at the hospital and nick sppeding and the cops who let him go time time agin without giving him a ticket. This can be all looked up on this site as well the internet..
