46. I agree. what exactly did she do? Nothing, she has just gone about her day to day life. someone takes her picture doing something and suddenly she is based by us "normal" people. What the heck? angelina and Brad have been in the paper a lot lately and that means it is time for media to look up and see what Jennifer is doing. Exactly what has she done that has been son incredibly awful. She dates SINGLE men and will not get married until she is sure. (sounds normal to me). She wants to wait and have a baby with someone she loves and is married to (again, sounds normal to me). She works very hard making movies, some of which are ok, some of whifch are better (again, sounds normal to me. I know a lot of my workdays lack what other workdays have). Again, ask, what has she done? nothing, that I can think of.

47. Lynn, no offense, but my post was not in support of Jennifer, as yours clearly is, so please don't piggy back on my post. You seem to be trying to make a continuation of my post, and you have misunderstood me. You say you "agree" with me, I didn't say anything to agree with - I asked a question.

My post is, as I stated more than once in it, a legitimate question. It is a non-biased question. I am not asking in support of her, nor to bash her. I just feel like I am out of the loop when it comes to Jennifer Aniston, and I want someone to catch me up. I need my post to be neither for nor against her, so that I can get an honest answer from someone, or from more than one someone.

Clearly your post is in favor of her, so when you say you "agree," you are wrong. My question was nothing to agree with, it was just a question. You totally misunderstood my post and I was very careful to be clear.

That being said, I would still like someone out there - or someones - to answer my questions so I can be up to date on the whole Jennifer Aniston thing. Here is the question again:

Last I remember, Jennifer Aniston was loved by many as a member of the Friends cast and as the lead in a variety of average but harmless romantic comedy movies. It seems that public sentiment, at least here on TMZ, has turned against her. Here is the question: What happened? What did Jennifer do that changed the hearts and minds of the public and turned popular opinion to be against her so strongly? Was there an incident? If so, please fill me in.

48. What happened? Over exposure on tabloids. Every week at the spermarket "Jen looks pregnent" "Jen calls Brad in middle of night" "Jen has plastic surgery" blah blah I am sure her PR team sets these up.

Friends ended 4 years ago and she was supposed to get an Oscar for 'Derailed'. Boy was I hoodwinked into seeing that exploitation flick, with all the hype about her "breakthrough performance". She acted as she was in "The Leprechaun", her first C list movie.

She tried to be an A list movie star, but only has one minor hit in the "Break Up" and that was due to Vince V. The new movie coming with Owen Wilson is her last chance at a Box Office hit. [I predict it will just come and go to video fast] So, suddenly she's popping up and there are more 'looks pregnent with triplets' stories.

God, I wish she would get over herself and do some good independent movies or even do a quality TV drama to break her '39 y/o still living in the 90's' persona.

50. Such ugly remarks about people we don't even know. I admire a celebrity who keeps dirty laundry behind the walls, as stated before. And again, Jennifer has done nothing different. TMZ has changed. It turns on people as they wish and promotes people as they wish. It has nothing to do with what we think. It has everything to do with THEIR perceptions. 52. I agree with She'sAFameHo. Jennifer goes to great extreme to put herself in positions so the paps can take pictures of her almost naked butt. Those ridiculously small bikini bottoms just can’t be comfortable. The only use they have is to show as much of Jennifer as possible. The legs spread poses are a joke. OK, Jennifer, we get it. You have had an extremely large object help spread your legs. That’s not sexy, just gross. Men want a tight fit, not to have to strap a 2 x 4 on their ass to keep from falling in.

54. Joan Short, with all do respect if you go back and read the post you will know why fans and other people's opinion have changed toward Jen. They are saying it over and over they are bearing their souls as to whats wrong. You already have the answer but you will not except what you have read. Please go back and read...please understand these are not people that are jealous-just people that are sick and tire of Hollywood old games.
That's why McCain did not get elected for President no new ideas just the same old game. Fans are not stupid, we can see when an star is half-assing it. Jen is half assing it. She skips the hard work and just want to pose for pictures and make like she has done the work. The laying out on the beach to show her butt instead of showing brain power makes her look dumb.

WE KNOW this trip to the Ivy is staged. We knew the coming out pool thing with Mayer was staged. We are sick of this kind of stuff. John Mayer fans are sick of his phony staged pr part in the mess. Mayer fans have left him by the masses. I know that because I by accident was a John Mayer fan and a Jennifer Aniston fan, not by bandwagon just an accident. I started going to her movies after her break up with Brad. I like Jen and I like John but not together. I have been a Mayer fan for years got his Cd's been to a lot of his concerts.
I have seen John Mayer change since he has been with Jen the change is for the worst. He has turned more into a douche bag for sure with Jen. I have seen Jen's movies, I followed her career and I have seen Jen change into something weak. I don't like what Jen has turned into, I blame it on this relationship with John Mayer something is not right with those two and I will never like that relationship because she comes off as too desperate and pathetic for taking Mayer back after he dumped her. I don't know whats wrong with her for behaving so strange. I'm beginning to wonder is it because she is about to turn 40 and it's affecting her brain.
This is 2008 the mass of people are much smarting than it was years ago. We have evolved and Hollywood has to evolved to. Those stars that don't evolve will get left behind like Jen hanging in the 90's. Jen can live her life the way she wants but we fans are going to have our opinions to. Posters said when she was on Oprah show she whinned and didn't take responsiblity for her part in the break up. Even In new interviews she try to act innocent so people can pity her. Lot's of people feel she took advantage of Brad being a gentleman and not talk about his ex-wife. I don't know about the Brad and Jen era or the break up. I am not a fan of Brad or Angie all though they seem like nice down to earth people. I came along later after all of that drama.

I hope they bleed her dry, and send her back to TV, no, make that lifetime - no make THAT cable access -- because truth be told, she was never the most talented on the ensemble TV sit-com she was on, nor was she funny, nor was she even the prettiest (both Cox and Kudrow have it all over her) - she was WITH Brad Pitt for 4 years, perpetrating a 'golden' fraud, even as they spent 6 months apart and were both miserable as f*ck. When Pitt finally left miserable hell he was in, she ran to a national publication, and in one of the saddest, sickest, most pathetic displays of passive aggressive famewh*ring in recent times, spilled the beans in a magazine 'TELL-ALL', and demonized Pitt and Angelina Jolie (whose only crime was having Brad Pitt relentlessly pursuing her after her escaped from Aniston jail). After her loathesome, disgusting Vanity Fair hit-piece came out, so began her SECOND sh*tty career. She and her PR factory are responsible for the fraudluent tabloid 'triangle,' and 'Team,' crap that they STILL coast on, today - with tireless tabloid coverage on Aniston's continued beatdown at the hands of 'Brangelina.' It's publicity galore - something she surely wouldn't have had, had she hooked up with Tate Donovan. Why do you think she's never publicly acknowledged Pitt post split, or wished he and his family well?? Because that would kill her publicity cow. Who is she, if not the woman scorned and wronged by 'Brangelina' after all?! It doesn't matter that it's all a MADE UP FABRICATION - and that she's actually humiliated and mortified WORSE by Vaughn and Mayer - she would RATHER ride the 'Brangelina,' coattail, playing the 'victim,' who was unwillingly kicked to the curb by Pitt. Afterall, you don't trade in the famous popular villain who is fictiously tormenting you, for some popstar douchebag that no one really cares about. That's why it was IMPERATIVE and at her AGENT'S BEHEST that she and Mayer pretend to 'make up,' in the press - Mayer was in danger of supplanting Brad Pitt as enemy #1. Once that happened, eventually no one would care. She had to present to the world, a mending of fences with Mayer, so that 'brangelina,' could remain her biggest coattail ride. Bottomline: She is loathed, because she's created a 'victim,' of herself in the press (complete with Oprah slumber parties, whiny mag articles, crying over Jolie Pitt babies yet unborn, etc), - and she's done it at the expense of good people, Pitt and Jolie. The truth is, she was only miffed because Pitt rebounded too soon with someone else. That's it, and that's all. That, for Jennifer Aniston and Huvane is worth building their cheerleading squads and teams, and making Pitt and his family players in her tabloid existence. If Nicole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon and Uma Thurman were the epitamy of and dignity during their divorces (all of whom, were women with children), then the childless 4yrs married Aniston was the lowest common denominator classLESS tacky pathetic famewh*re, milking the movie stars for all they're worth. You can see it even today - go back, do a timeline -- every May, around Cannes, or red carpet events for 'Brangelina,' Aniston is usually debuting (read leaking via Huvane) tabloid hook-ups, and kicking up craploid dust. It's all she has to offer. I don't think I've ever seen such a bottomless pit of medicocrity, totally devoid of personality and charm EVER enjoy this type of frenzy. Once upon a time, there was an unfortunate looking girl on TV who wanted to BE Sandra Bullock, she lucked out, hooked up with a movie star, had a messy divorce, then PUBLICLY painted herself as victim of one of the most EPIC and beautiful Hollywood love stories of all time, while simultaneously trying to destroy them in the court of public opinion in whatever manner her PR firm and monster agent could come up with. In short, THAT is who she is - a FRAUD. THAT is why she is loathed.
