I swear, the more I look at this kid, the more I am sure that she is Katie's ex's biological daughter. She looks just like Chris Klein! Someone tell me I am seeing things!
from the look of katies face i think that a shutter bug happened to capture the picture simply when suri had her middle finger up BUT she didnt actually flip off the camera
any parent would at least have an OMG reaction on their face and katie looks a lil too relaxed

OH COMEON... how unfair of a picture is this ! Have some tack.. OH..forgot we're dealing with TMZ - what was I thinking! It's one thing to publish photo's of stars doing stupid things or even stupid things they aren't even aware of, but this is kind of crossing a line somwhere. Not surprising that various stars lash out at photographers when there are aholes out there who take shots at their kids like this. Somewhere down the line you guys need to pick and choose a little wiser because it's just not that funny anymore. Whoever took this picture and sold it to TMZ is a total A@@.
I still think she looks like Tom's cousin William Mapother, a lesser known actor. But if you see his pic she totally has his eyes. He is pretty close with Tom and also is Scientologist. Perhaps he donated?
For God's sake. You guys are truly unbelievable. How dare you take a picture of a young, innocent little girl and use it in an irreverent fashion. You have sunk to new lows. It is one thing to exploit adults (that is bad enough) but to take an innocent act by a little girl and show it in a twisted way is right up there with pornography. You should all search your souls and truly feel awful about what you call a job. Take down the picture!
Let the innocent be innocent and keep the crap to those that can defend themselves
