Tokio Hotel Turns Back Time

16. Tokio Hotel is just a rip off of a bunch of different indie electro bands that started this back in the late 1990's. They are stealing their look and their sound. If you want to hear two REAL electro bands that TOKIO HOTEL are trying to be than listen/look at Hong Kong Counterfeit and Bangkok Impact. This is just a late mainstream rip-off, mainstream-diluted version for the mindless masses. They can't even come up with an original name!

17. Why must people including Perez Hilton (who is really being a jerk about them lately) and now TMZ constantly make fun of Bill Kaulitz from Tokio Hotel. Sure his look is very different. He is in a rock band, he is from Germany - how many rock bands from Germany have you seen? You may all recall rock bands from the 1980's and the looks they had, for example, Poison, Motley Crue, Skid Row and Twisted Sister. All of their lead singers looked like girls, dressed very girly and wore makeup. Why is it so different for a lead singer in a rock band today to have this look? Does anyone remember the Disney movie "Bambi", well in it Thumper's (the rabbit) mother told him, "if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all" - I feel like we could all learn a lesson from that!!!!!!!!

19. I don't understand why you Bill fans are so delusional about the fact that he is GAY as GAY CAN BE. (Not that there's anything wrong with that). But you girls, whether you're 12 or 42, defend him as though he just looks "different" and that it's totally not and indication of being gay for a guy to be effeminate to a fault. Give it up, ladies. This guy will never be interested in you or any other female. You could be the most beautiful, famous chick on the planet and he would not be interested. He's GAY.

Apparently this guy claims to be straight. But he, his boyband and every handler, manager and record exec he has knows that if he were to even elude to coming out of the closet, his legion of 99.9% female fans would no longer drool, no longer lurk tokio hotel websites for hours waiting for the next batch of pictures, no longer buy his crappy music. This guy's band survives because as long as no one says it, teen girls (and older girls) are delusional enough to think that a guy like Bill is into p*ssy. It's what his career is built off of. But please, stop kidding yourselves. He's screaming to the world that he's gay without saying it. Rather smart, actually. He could literally walk into Vegas, impersonate Cher for real on a stage, grind against a boy and then turn around and say "but don't worry I'm not gay" and teen girls would believe it. Naivety? Desparation? You decide.

20. Hey Bill Cosby: I checked out both those bands on myspace (don't have time to listen to the music just yet but I will). Bangkok Impact and Tokio Hotel look nothing alike (again I haven't listened to the music yet so I can't comment on that). As for Hong Kong Counterfeit does Madrid not look just like Siouxsie Sioux in her heyday. My point is there really is no such thing as an original anymore. Everything is derivitive of something. Bill's style is Bill's style and he has been dressing like that since he was 10 or 11 years old. Nobody accuses Tom of dressing like a hybrid Eminem (sp?) /Bob Marley even though he mixes the clothes and hair from both those artists. Bill is just an easy target because he's pretty, wears eye-make up and likes big hair!

When Tokio Hotel was on Letterman a month ago, I remember laughing til I cried cause my bf saw Bill and said "That chick's pretty cute".. and then he almost cried when i pointed out an adam's apple. I found it fun that we both found this guy very attractive, while he pouted for the rest of the show that he'd been duped. I completely envy those cheekbones though.
