47. Considering the fact that Julia said loving someone cost her, her family, seems we already know what she would say at a trial. Perhaps the law officers do suspect Julia of having knowledge of these crimes. What kind of hell would they have gotten if they took her so quickly to question when she lost more than the rest of the family. I am afraid those smiles on the pictures will be short lived. I hope they are not listening to the public alone, and do everything legally and in order. The person or person's responsible for these crimes should burn in hell. I am so sorry for Jennifer who made a clean break out of the mess and now may lose some of the shows she may have been hired for. At the present, I hope her managers are surrounding her with bodyguards and that includes when around her sister. Even if people only make a guess at what happened, there will always be questions that may affect a lot of the family's lives including employment etc. Even though it does not seem fair to have people in society guess about the crimes, that is what we do, and it did not start today. I am confident that the killer or killers did not sit and plan these murders so there are loads of evidence out there. I doubt they are more intelligent than forensic. From what I have seen and read, it should be over quicker than the Oj verdict.

49. I don't believe this "girlfriend's" story one bit. Why all of a suddenn is there a confession? It sounds to me that she is trying to make sure that he stays locked up. She has already told the police that she was lying about his alibi, which I'm not sure if his alibi was a lie.

Here another thought, what if she is upset because she heard her boyfriend's mother on Nancy Grace saying that he was with ONE of his girlfriends the day of the murder? She could just be upset about that and wanted to get back at him. Now that he can be getting out tomorrow, she's saying that he confessed? I'm sorry, I don't buy it.

Just a thought.

50. julia hudson myspace page for mood says confident. does she feel confident that william balfour will take all the blame for the murders. i wonder how jennifer feel about that comment julia made about her brother. if julia was involved with the murders i dont think she will do anything to jennifer cause she is bringing in all the fame and $. now i hear according to one of willam girlfriend. she says to the police almost 2 weeks after murders he confessed to her. julia and william needs to both confess and get death penalty so jennifer can come out if hiding and live her life with david. it surely isnt fiar to jennifer she has to be locked up. i bet u she feels like her freedom has been taken away from her. that was extremely incessitive what julia said. i hope cops nail their asses.

52. People, what TMZ is reporting is not new. This was put out by the media I believe the following morning after the murders. First of all, since when do the Police tell the media who an informant is??? And secondly, if the Police truly believed this girlfriend, why is William still just a "person of interest" 16 days after the murders? So you think the Police are going to tell us that the girlfriend contradicted his alibi and they believe her yet they still have NOT charged William? Come on!!!

William would have to be the dumbest criminal alive to leave his car 2 blocks from the house where he shot 2 people and then leave Julian's body in the SUV and the gun around the corner from the body; all of which are about 6 blocks away from his girlfriend"s house!!!!!!

And furthermore, he's going to commit a double homicide, kidnapping and auto theft on the same day he has a meeting with his Parole Officer???? You think that he would know if he missed the meeting that the PO would be calling around looking for him. His PO told the Police that he called William's girlfriend's house to find out why he missed the meeting and William answered the phone. William told the PO he was babysitting and the PO says he thinks he did hear a child in the background. Also, William is pretty stupid to commit these murders and then just hang out at the very house that his PO already knew he lived at???? The PO also stated that he had done a surprise visit to the girlfriends house before to check up on William. That's because William TOLD the PO he was living there after the last time Darnell threw him out the house.

So once again, if William did this and then just sat back at home chillin' until they came looking for him, then he should get the electric chair just for being the DUMBEST murderer alive!!!!!

I wouldn't be surprised if William is actually in "Protective Custody" or has already been put into the "witness protection program" and has been providing the cops with info on the real killer(s).

But I guess I COULD be wrong.

56. Could it be possible that Julia is like mildly retarded or mentally handicapped in some way? Im bein serious...maybe that would explain the way she is acting, maybe she doesn't have the mental capability to realize the full capacity of what has jut happened. Maybe that is why her mother was raising the boy? Just pure speculation here...it is just not right how she is smiling and posing for picss with some dude and blowing kisses etc.....On the other hand though she was a school bus driver and you would think they would only hire responsible well minded adults for such a responsibility.....That i just the only conclusion that I could come to is that maybe he is not all there upstairs.

58. This is old news that TMZ is just now reporting for whatever reason. The girlfriend already contradicted his alibi. Julia has an alibi that has already been confirmed. Just about everyone here seems to doubt that, but her alibi was confirmed on the very first day, her employer said she was at work and completed her shift. I don't know if she drove for school or public transportation. If she did drive for school, possibly she drives for private schools and public schools were the ones out. I am being open-minded about the whole thing, but I honestly believe that Balfour is guilty. I do not believe that Julia had anything to do with her family being murdered. But I doubt that when this is proven that any of you will post your apologies.

59. If the police tell the public balfour is a suspect,then everyone is gonna expect him to be charged. I think the police dept. is trying to be very careful not to blow the case. I think they know he's guilty,but they have to have all the evidence pointing to him.

whether balfour is guilty or not remains to be seen. i agree, the police are- as in many cases being very careful. there is obviously so much more to the story than any of us know. i guess they will release information to the public as they see fit...on a need to know basis!
as for all the people who have said 'the public has a right to know what's going on, wouldn't logic tell you that would be detrimental to any investigation? read all the posts on here, there are plenty of people that know everything!
