76. First of all my heart goes out to the Hudson's family and friends thier is not enough i am sorrys in this world to explain how sorry i am they are going through this pain
2nd it do think also if that woman came forward to do any help but maybe help her ass
3rd if the guy did do this he should be in jail or on death row and i hope and pray they got that so called confession the right way because if they got it out of him by hitting him or any other way some way or another he will get out and it will be the cops fault my prayers are with all her family

80. I have a couple of questions. Where do Julias cellphone records show she was at? If she did not spend the night at her mothers house where was she?
Why was she giving the police a desciption of the clothes julian was wearing at dinner that night if she spent the night at home with him?
Why didnt she run thru the house to look for Julian. That is any mothers natural instinct. How would she know he was kidnapped as opposed to dead in the house.

I dont understand why any man in their right mind would want to be with Julia. How did she get a new man so quick. She was just with william on the night of her birthday. Julia looks way too comfortable in the new pics and why does it seem like she is always trying to compare herself to her family members. "Who's the star me or Tasia", "Now that Jasons gone, Im the prettiest one", It seems like she wanted to be the star and was willing to do whatever it takes to be that.

In my opinion she set William up out of anger that he got another girl pregnant and with william in jail she can concentrate on her new boyfriend who she "likes when he looks at her like that".

something is just not right about Julia. Come on police, tell us something.

82. O.K. if the girl friend said he confessed to her, isn't that grounds to keep him locked up. I would think it is. And if he violated his parole in the first place shouldn't he be going back to prison?

84. Hi, Mindy! Glad you're back too. The story gets more interesting now that William remains in custody for further deliberation of the "parole violation" but still is not charged with anything.

I understand why it's hard to even consider the possibility that anyone could be involved in any way with the demise of their own family. Sadly, this does happen. Still, as you mention, we shouldn't "convict" anyone until the facts are known. I am no more anxious to declare Julia guilty of these crimes than I am to see William blamed as the mass murderer, since there is obviously much we don't know about the whole story. Rushing to judgment just to "close the case" to satisfy the media and the public serves no purpose if an innocent person is convicted and those actually responsible remain free to harm others.

You're so right.... if our justice system relied on our TMZ Court of Public Opinion, we'd all be found guilty of something :)

Happy to see you. I tried to post on another thread, but I never got thru. Congrats on the other night, glad you had a great time! Chicago was the place to be.

I still can't bring myself to think of Julia as guilty in any way.

I can, however, bring myself to acknowledge I've convicted William on some flimsy evidence. I have zero interest in bringing charges against the wrong person that is not justice.

The CPD, and more importantly, the Cook County Prosecutors aren't talking. We can speculate all we wish (and we will!), but this has nothing to do with our legal system. Which is good!

Dear God, if our legal system relied on TMZ comments, we would all be in jail!

85. For #82 - Nia - Many of us have been wondering about this too. When I first heard that the bodies of Darnell and Jason were not formally identified until Jennifer arrived from Florida in the middle of the night, I was thinking that maybe Julia was so traumatized that the just wanted to wait and go with her sister so they could support each other through this horrible ordeal. But later we learned that Julia was NOT present when this was done, nor did she appear a few days later when it was time to identify Julian's remains.

There could be several reasons for this.

Some folks just can't bring themselves to deal with the physical aspects of death.... just like some folks who are otherwise strong and functional faint at the sight of blood or the prospect of getting stuck with a needle for a blood test or shot. Having a phobia doesn't necessarily make one a bad person. Remember also that Julia and Jennifer's auntie and uncle were in the funerary business, so they understand this aspect of human nature. They may have known how Julia reacted over the years to the passing of other family members and friends, so perhaps hey may have suggested to Jennifer that she take the lead on this to spare Julia and everyone else in the family any additional distress.

We also have to assume that police were, naturally, questioning Julia about all aspects of the case, just for informational purposes, in the earliest stages of the investigation. Perhaps the attorney in the family (don't forget he's been there through all this too) suggested to Jennifer that the investigation would go more smoothly if the formal identifications were made by someone who was clearly known NOT to be present anywhere in the area at the time the murders occurred. If he himself wasn't yet sure if Julia might have some role, either inadvertently or otherwise, in the case, he may have been concerned that the emotional stress of viewing the bodies could cause her to make some inappropriate statements that could cause complications later.

I have been following this case like everyone else, Can someone anwser this question for me because I believe I must have missed something: The neighbors said they heard gun shots around 8am or 9am, the lady next door left at 9am, and didn't hear anything. The neighbors also said they hear gun shots all the time. What time did the police say the time of death was? Also what time was Julian shot? with today technogy wouldn't CPD know the exact time of death. I don't believe they was shot that early in the morning. CPD is not giving the time of death. That's why Belford is not the murder because CPD know where is was at the exact time of death.

89. Chicago PD will not release all evidence in a PENDING murder trial! If you think they will tell us all, your as dumb as Balfour. They will withhold as much info as possible to ask others that may be involved about the murders. If they come up with evidence not previously released, then they will likely be held, or investigated. That is how the police work for good reason, DUH! Balfour was split from Julia at the time of the murders, so why does everyone think she is involved? It has already come out that Balfour was threatening Julia prior to the murders. It is alleged that he threatened to shoot Jennifer to ruin Julia chance at a better life, and Julia's family life. How many of you really think Julia would allow her SON to be SHOT TO DEATH for her sisters money? If that is what she was after, then she could have had Jennifer shot and taken the money. A 7 year old kid will not stop her from claiming her sisters assets. Even if Jennifer willed everything to the little guy, Julia would likely still control it. Please leave Julia and Jennifer alone! They just lost 3 family members and neither are suspects!!! In time, the truth will come out!

if it were me & I was a female, and I got preggo by a man then found out he was still sleeping with his supposedly ex ( evident by him having cake with her & being at her house in the morn) I'm not sure what I'd say...
