Balfour: I Had Nothing to Do with the Killings

William Balfour is flat out denying any involvement with the Hudson family triple murders -- and in today's parole hearing, officials say Balfour seemed "disturbed" by his girlfriend's accusation she saw him with a gun similar to the murder weapon.

According to Illinois Prisoner Review Board Chairman Jorge Montes, Balfour will remain in jail until at least December 3. The decision was based on the alleged gun connection as well as probable cause on a number of other alleged parole violations.

16. dude had something to do with those murders, when everything is said and done.

obviously, the killer or killers were known to the family or they would not have made it all the way up to big brother's bedroom.

.......thinking this balfour guy setup a robbery knowing full well that everyone in that house would be killed.

if he didn't know anything, he would've been set free awhile ago, if he had nothing that could help the police, ( if he didn't pull the trigger), then he could beg for relocation and protection to tell what he knows.

DUDE KNOWS SOMETHING MORE THAN HE'S TELLING. Who would drive off with a little boy, only to kill him later??!!!

What robber, especially robbing a drug dealer, would drive off with a little boy? Driving off with that little boy makes the whole thing seem personal!!!!

Oh Yes.........the peeps in that neighborhood know a whole lot more than they are telling as well!!

17. This guy didn't commit the murder, full stop! But he knows more than what he is telling the police, and may be he has told them more than what they are reporting, We have to remember that this case is involving a celebrity family and they have to use what ever they have not to destroy the family's image to the public.
But all in all, the truth shall prevail one day.

18. From CHICAGO SUN-TIMES
"Authorities also have talked to a 19-year-old Mississippi college student who said she got a phone call from Balfour about 4 a.m. on Oct. 24. Rashia Whitlock alleged that Balfour told her that he and his "boys'' were "getting ready for something real big that's going to go down tomorrow" and asked if they could come to Mississippi.

Whitlock alleged that Balfour also asked if she knew Jennifer Hudson and whether she could be "loyal." Whitlock said she had met Balfour online on MySpace.com and talked to him only twice before. Whitlock said she refused to let Balfour visit."

19. @ jwoolman -- Are you kidding me? "something many teenage boys would do" - WHAT THA?? I have two male children and while they are grown, I can assure you that they have never even considered stealing someone's car. And furthermore, when William Balfour was caught stealing this man's car, he was already out on bond for stealing ANOTHER car. And yes, he should have been charged with attempted murder. If he had enough sense to figure out how to steal a damn car, he should have had enough sense to stop the car once that man jumped on it. It was his car and he had every right to jump on it. What I will say about William Balfour is that it is apparent that he was not given the necessary parenting and this is why he is who he is today. His father is in jail, and listening to his mother, it doesn't seem that her parenting skills were all that great. Now, before I get 1000 responses to that last statement, let me say that THERE ARE NO PERFECT PARENTS, however, it is our responsibility as parents to do all that we can to ensure that our children are taught right from wrong. In some ways, I actually feel sorry for William. He never really had a chance to be anybody other than who he is, because he wasn't taught any better.

And as for the comment from the Sun Times that is talking about a female from Mississippi - as I've said before, there is so much more to this than we are hearing. I truly don't know how it's going to all play out, but I sincerely hope that whoever is responsible for putting 2 bullet holes into a 7 year old's head is punished to the full extent of the law.
