Balfour Remains in Custody -- Still Not Charged

16. This is LUDA....This MAN had nothing to do with this tragedy...CPD is messing the case up holding him, they already kno what the deal is..these dumb cops are so hype to live the public speculating, like they dont have other cases to work...MURDERS happen everyday in CHICAGO ..peep todays paper about the cop sun that was murdered and the 2 men that was fatally wounded, why not worked that case and it appeares there no edvidence for those 2 crimes i mentioned above...


so your telling me that CPD have so much evidence including the murder weapon, a curtain in the SUV, video showiing a person exiting Balfour car and so on and so..and they cant charge this man WHY?????? cus he didn have nothing to do with it...CPD is feeding there alter egos and want everybody to think its BALFOUR and want the public to stop talking about it..well guess what WE (AMERICA) are going to keep talking about it until justice is served for JULIAN and I dont care if that means destroying families....Holding Balfour must be for his safety because to Story is not adding up all this evidence and no CHARGES DAMN what do it takes for CPD to charge someone with so much evidence...SO you kno what this means, family members that lose love ones to gun violence you might as well chalk it because CPD cant get this one together...THIS is sad..

Another point it so ironic that he was caught with drugs back in JUNE and he was not held for violating his patrol, but now , he s in a drug neighborhood , he get held..DAMN look around the whole world is drug infested..who is the parole board or CPD think they are fooling..BALFOUR just tell the truth and stop trying to protect JULIA and the DISCiple GANG because look at it like this..home girl set u up and your in a LOSE ..LOSE situation right about now...she have everyone believing you are the one who murdered her family, so you have people out here lookin for street JUSTCIE. so TELL CPD what you kno and if BALFOUR family is reading to inform ya boi, what going on and stop trying ride this out because JULIA has already OUSTED HIM.....

DNA will tell us what? This guy lived in the Hudson house for several years and was no doubt previously in the deceased Hudson brother's car, had a relationship with the dead child and his mother, so his DNA would naturally be all over the house and anywhere inhabitants of the house could track it. His DNA being at the scene proves nothing other than the fact that he had been in the house before, which everyone already knows, since he was married to Julia.

And, an ex GF saying she saw him with A gun, not THE gun but A gun, only speaks to the parole violation (and even that is suspect because her credibility can be attacked). It does not prove murder.

As far as the police saying Balfour admits to being in the Hudson house the morning of the killings, wait and see if, at his trial, he actually says he admitted that or alleges that police lied. The police in IL have been known to lie so often in IL that y'all had to suspend the death penalty there when more than a dozen men on death row were found to be innocent.

I believe Balfour murdered this family. However, time will tell as to whether or not the bumbling police in IL screw up a conviction.

Are you kidding me Cindy! The guy was ALREADY picked up in june for HAVING drugs on him and in his car, and they let him go ..even though he was on parole .... which should have landed him back in Jail for a parole violation and the killings would never of happened ..... The guy has a rap sheet a mile long..... the guy in NOT on any bogus charges!

21. I agree with #16, but I don't think CPD is messing up the case. Wouldn't it be something if William has been giving them information since he was brought in and he has already been placed in the "witness protection program" and this entire thing about him being held at Statesville prison in Joliet is just a cover.

William's Mother keeps hollering about she hadn't been allowed to see or talk to William. And its being said that he doesn't have any lawyer representing him or speaking up on behalf, even if its just to say that "I have spoken to my client and have no comment at this time". Just something else that makes me say, hmmmmmmm!!

23. There wasnt enough comments about julia's odd behavior! All I know is if my mother, brother , and especially my son was just murdered I wouldn't be even thinking about being on myspace much less posting pictures and comments like so and so is go so now I'm the pretty one! what the hell is wrong with her! I think the cpd should take a hard look at the possibility that she had something to do with this horrible tragedy!!!!

25. This guy is innocent. Holding him for parole violation would explain why he does not have a lawyer, but if they recharge with another crime, he will need a lawyer and his mother should be paying close attention to this fact.

Also, it appears that CPD knows they are just grasping at straws, this guy is not guilty of this crime and all of you out there that think he is, need to go back and review the facts in this case.

it appears that JULIA AND ONLY JULIA knows what is happening here, and this guy bis trying to protect her.
I do know that they will not get one single penny of my money for that fund......regardless of what you call it!!!!!!!!!!!

26. To number 5, Jeffrey Dahmer didn't look like a serial killer neither but he was. You don't have to LOOK like a killer to be one. But, I don't believe that he acted alone. I don't think they will ever find out who was all involved. I don't think it was a drug deal gone bad or they would have killed Julian in the house like they did his uncle and grandma. I think it was someone he knew because they covered them up like they cared about him. Who knows when or if we will ever find out who all was involved and why they did what they did. I just pray to God that if anyone knows anything, that they will come forward.

27. I agree with 16. All of them charges and he did`nt get lock back up. I think that he is helping the police, and Julia is involve with this. Why is will the only one they are questioning. And another thing why did she take him off of he my space. I think that he needs to tell every thing he know because it`s more going on with that Hudson Family Greed beauty fame and none of it is hers(Juila). So she only greive for 2 or 3 weeks want much love there. Jennifer is crazy for not asking her sister about where she was. I aw her my space the new one I sign on as a friend and she seams fine drinking hanging with her friends. So TMZ did`nt lie.

28. I don't believe Balfour did this horrible crime, and Chicago police don't either, thats why he hasn't been charged, and he's not "snitching", (which is stupid on his and Julia's part), THATS WHY HE'S IN JAIL!

If it was really a crime for going to jail for drugs, or for parole violation MOSTLY everybody that come on TMZ and including TMZ would be in prision NOW.

29. IMO Julia's behavior just did not add up to a person who had just discovered the dead bodies of a mother and brother and had a missing child. Did anyone pay close attention to her body language,how she answered the questions asked.( And who was that woman who kept interupting when the reporters were asking the questions we all wanted the answers to.) I couldn't see any emotion whatsoever just a flat effect. I will give her the benefit of the doubt and say she was still in a state of shock.

OMG I'M LMAO!!!!
I can't speak for everyone here but I can honestly say that regardless of ANY situation I would NOT be in jail or prison for a parole violation as I'm not now nor have I ever been on parole. I also wouldn't be in jail for drugs since I've never done drugs, sold drugs or been a mule. I hate to think that anyone is as stupid as your comment makes you sound LOLOL
