The 55-year-old resurfaced at a Beverly Hills event, looking phenomenal.
In the '70s, Susan suffered from the eating disorder orthorexia nervosa, which is an unhealthy obsession with what one believes to be healthy eating. During this time she reportedly only ate carrot sticks.
Dey turned down the role of Sandy in "Grease."

My brother had been born the day before so my mom was still in the hospital. I missed her alot and was talking to her on the phone. She was trying to comfort me, telling me she would be home soon with the new baby, and that there was a new show on tv tonight that I should watch. It was about a singing family and it was called The Partridge Family. My life was never the same after that night.
A day that will live on in infamy.
Trophy wife Slim and Trim!!!!:
I know some suburban fly over size 2Xs are going to be mad...but let's face it Susan Dey's eating disorder kept her slim and trim! She looks great...
I bet this pic will have her running for botox or work done on those wrinkles. Nobody in Hollywerid wants to look their age...
I agree with number 5. Susan was the subject of a lot of teenage lust in her day. She's still a good looking woman.
14. Wow. I'm her age and don't have nearly the wrinkles. Have to hand it to her, though, if she's avoided plastic surgery. But if she hasn't, she should get a refund. Yikes.

Maybe your neckfat weighs your skin down and smooths out your wrinkles, you lying jealous labia.
what a refereshing change from the plastic mafia that run h-wood...ya...she looks her age...and ???
She looks way older than 55
Some Retin-A applied daily would do wonders for that wrinkley skin.
Ick. she really looks awful. Break out the botox and juviderm and hair dye and teeth whiteners.
She herself looks good, but her lousy plastic surgeon did a bad eye job. Don't blame people for their rotten plastic surgeons, blame the surgeons.
Hey, plastic surgeons, if you don't have the skills to do something, don't do it. Don't just take people's money and hope not to get sued.
Doctors are among the most evil greedy professions
Before I clicked my mouse to see the "what she looks like now" pic, I was rooting to see an older woman aging gracefully. I've seen and know many women in the mid/late fifties that look great without the benefit (if you want to call it that) of botox, juvaderm, restalyne, etc. The comments are pretty much split. Sorry, I have to go with the "negative" group on this one -- Susan is not aging well.
P.S. Paris, Lindsay and Co. are all going to look like sh!t in 25-30 years (lol)
Her neck looks great. A good cosmetic dentist and some botox on her crows feet and she'd look fine. I've had my crowsfeet botoxed since I turned 35 and at 45, they're invisible. I can still frown, squint, etc. It's all about moderation.
She looks great...not nipped and tucked within an inch of her life.
I agree with Del. Her cheeks and neck look fantastic. A little botox around the eyes and on the forehead, she'd lose the creases and would not be frozen. The frozen face comes from doing too MUCH botox in one treatment. A little, here and there, relaxes the wrinkles without freezing. She definitely needs to see a better dentist.
