32. Before I clicked my mouse to see the "what she looks like now" pic, I was rooting to see an older woman aging gracefully. I've seen and know many women in the mid/late fifties that look great without the benefit (if you want to call it that) of botox, juvaderm, restalyne, etc. The comments are pretty much split. Sorry, I have to go with the "negative" group on this one -- Susan is not aging well.

P.S. Paris, Lindsay and Co. are all going to look like sh!t in 25-30 years (lol)

33. Her neck looks great. A good cosmetic dentist and some botox on her crows feet and she'd look fine. I've had my crowsfeet botoxed since I turned 35 and at 45, they're invisible. I can still frown, squint, etc. It's all about moderation.

35. I agree with Del. Her cheeks and neck look fantastic. A little botox around the eyes and on the forehead, she'd lose the creases and would not be frozen. The frozen face comes from doing too MUCH botox in one treatment. A little, here and there, relaxes the wrinkles without freezing. She definitely needs to see a better dentist.

42. She looks like a emarkably beautiful middle-aged woman. She obviously is not going the Botox route, yet her facial bone structure and jawline are gorgeous ... naturally non-"jawly." The Paris Hiltons and Lindsey Lohans can only hope to look like Susan Dey when they hit middle age. Paris already has a face like a weasel and even with cosmetic surgery, it's only going to get worse as she ages.

43. I can't decide. There's a fine line between midlife crisis and upkeep. Would it kill her to whiten her teeth? A pretty smile is always in style and with so many decent whiteners available, there's no excuse not to, It could take at least 5 years off her face. I never understand why people will lay down thousands for plastic surgery or injections and walk around with yellow and tan teeth.
