Justin Timberlake can sing, dance and more importantly ... he's not afraid to stuff his man bits into a leotard in the name of comedy.

Justin's ballsy performance with Beyonce and Paul Rudd aired last night on "SNL" -- we're wondering when Lorne Michaels is gonna sign him up as a regular cast member.

35. O-M-effing-G.....Justin was so funny that I was crying!!!! I haven't laughed so hard at SNL in years....with exception to his Gibb variety show bit with Jimmy Fallon. I agree with the person who says that Beyonce's performance wasn't nearly as good there. She should of been in the background. She looked nice though ( besides the point, I know lol) I don't find JT all that attractive until I see him dance/perform and be funny. He is great at both!
