22. Her personal hygiene is revolting, she is physically deteriorating - is there no one who can step in and get her involuntarily remanded to a psych hospital for 28 days? Her Dad perhaps?

My friends in Great Britain (London is one of the kindest/fun cities in the world) - what are the laws re: mental illness / addiction, and how much clout does family have?

23. I can't believe that she still has the same ballet flats and the same ratty belt that is 5 sizes to big. She looks like I did when I was a junkie, but the difference was I didn't have a permanent home or any money above what I spent on dope. Yeah, I said it, I was a Junkie too. But I got help and came out of it, and to all the inevitable haters, I am doing very well now in my career and personal life. So it is possible, but let's just pray that the people in her life stop enabling her, I wonder if there is a Conservatorship-type thing in England? Its done wonders for Britney Spears, or so it seems. Amy Winehouse is amazingly talented, but the poor girl is troubled. For those of you with your negative comments, if you don't like her, why bother?

24. Come to think of it, Amy Wino should start her own line of jewelry - for real! She could make hand-made, silver and/or gold encrusted crack pipes! If you think about it, this is something she could be really good at, since she's probably already, either bought some at a head shop or out of desperation, has created her own make-shift crack pipe, made of out whatever materials were available to her. I think this would be one of her best endeavors - ever!! Then she could write a song about it! Go figure...
