Pretty sure that "lady" is just walking near them. "She" looked kind of surprised. Or thats just her normal face. But you know....she reminds me of the lady who played Stiflers mom in the American Pie flicks......but with lots more makeup....and a goth/Goofy look goin' on. Interesting.

Yeah yeah Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwich..love them..btw, did anyone see the movie they played in together called The Woodsman where Kev plays a pedophile? Disturbing stuff, I say,......and yes, wtf is up with that person in front of them? I thought halloween passed already.
