Brit Gets 2 Tickets -- 1 from Cops, 1 to Germany

Britney Spears has finally flown the coop -- but not before getting slapped on the wrist by the long arm of the law.

Cameras caught Brit and her all-powerful papa Jamie catching a plane out of LAX earlier today. But before she got to the gate, parking enforcement dropped a ticket on her Escalade after her driver dropped it in a no-parking zone.

Word is she hopped a plane to Germany -- we're trying to confirm.

UPDATE: Break out the bratwurst. Brit IS on her way to Germany. Under the supervision of her daddy, Brit will hit several cities to promote her new album.

1. True, I live in France and they already started advertising that she is going to be preforming on a tv show out here called "Star Academy", it's the French Version of American Idol. Well anyway, I'm glad shes starting to preform again

3. Nice to see that she's concerned about not being with her two children on Thanksgiving. It's always been and always will be "ALL ABOUT BRITNEY". Maybe a cosmetologist in Germany will be able to clear up her pock marked complexion. She looks really "rough" in these photos...

If she'd give the kids half the attention she's been squandering on her "comeback tour", people might have a bit more sympathy for her. As it stands, she's coming across like the egocentric, self-satisfied, smug, attention grabbing ho that she's always been...

5. Maybe it isn't her year to have her kids for Thanksgiving Litzie, divorced parents share holidays but I suppose you know every detail of her visitation agreement don't you? Remind me next year to tell my ex-husband he's a horrible person becuase it's my year for Christmas..

13. HA HA!!!! Another ticket! I wonder how many 10s of thousands of dollars this will cost her to avoid going to court like a normal, functioning adult would? At least her crumbsnatchers will get a break from her! Soon she will fully be able to ignore them and move onto to her next break down by going on a 'tour'.

I also agree ... it probably isn't her turn to have the kids this Thanksgiving. And ... just how do YOU know how much time she spends with them, etc.? She is a performer ... lots of performers have kids and leave to go on tour or promote their albums ... actors spend time on location ... doesn't mean they love their kids any less. Not to mention ... someone has to pay the bills!! As for her dwindling numbers of fans???? Guess again. Wait until the album is out and the tour tickets are on sale - then we'll talk.
