Brit Gets 2 Tickets -- 1 from Cops, 1 to Germany

Britney Spears has finally flown the coop -- but not before getting slapped on the wrist by the long arm of the law.

Cameras caught Brit and her all-powerful papa Jamie catching a plane out of LAX earlier today. But before she got to the gate, parking enforcement dropped a ticket on her Escalade after her driver dropped it in a no-parking zone.

Word is she hopped a plane to Germany -- we're trying to confirm.

UPDATE: Break out the bratwurst. Brit IS on her way to Germany. Under the supervision of her daddy, Brit will hit several cities to promote her new album.

16. So what?... curiosity seekers will go...whatever.....she is never going to be what she was. The day she doesn't draw the crowds is the day the huge meltdown will begin. You have a good heart, Mal, and your mom seems like she also is kind and sweet. Just know that Britney has had some very serious problems, and the doctors now think that it's more than her just being sad after having a baby. She now needs to take medicine every day and she has to have her father take care of her even more than your mom has to take care of you.

Because of her problems, Britney isn't very smart and she doesn't know how to be nice and kind to other people, like you are. If you believe in God, maybe you should pray for Britney so that she gets better and so that He can help make her be as smart and kind and caring about other people as you are, Mal.

27. 3. Nice to see that she's concerned about not being with her two children on Thanksgiving. It's always been and always will be "ALL ABOUT BRITNEY". Maybe a cosmetologist in Germany will be able to clear up her pock marked complexion. She looks really "rough" in these photos...

If she'd give the kids half the attention she's been squandering on her "comeback tour", people might have a bit more sympathy for her. As it stands, she's coming across like the egocentric, self-satisfied, smug, attention grabbing ho that she's always been...

You criticize her as being shallow and self-absorbed, while you make petty (and untrue) remarks on her physical appearance and pass judgement on her absence from her children on the holidays with no knowledge of the visitation schedule.

It doesn't matter if Britney does turn out to have marks on her face. To dump on her for that is spiteful and hateful, and it's the "mark" of a small, petty person with a small, petty soul.

TMZ makes money off of people like that, so that also tells us a lot about the soul of Harvey Levin.
