I think TMZ 's title "Cindy Crawford ' s legs - to dye for" implies that Cindy used self- tanner on her legs. And I think they are right because there are very obvious streaks running down her gorgeous legs.
But almost every woman I know uses self -tanner to add some color to pale legs. I myself keep my face and neck completely white, but I definitely don't want my legs deadly pale and pasty looking.
