Hunting is a sport. hundreds of thousands of American have as a hobby and have hunting licenses and shoot deer, squirrels, ducks etc for fun and sport but Mike Vick gets caught dog fighting, loses millions, spends more time in jail than rapist and child molesters and that is not enough for you people. Really??? I think the guys has paid his debts ten fold. It is intresting in a country that has hunting seasons every where and the VP of the US shoots a buddy while hunting farm geese that are breed to me shot, that people still want Vick to pay more. Love some aniamls but not others. Shoot deer in the woods but dog fighting is illegal? Get a life people!

Yes, I am well aware of the hunting laws in my State. I don't like them, necessarily, but hunting is legal. Virginia hunters don't spend thousands on gambling and the torture of animals, as Vick did. He tortured and killed innocent animals for the sole reason that he got off on it. Revolting.

Lest you call me a hypocrite, I have been a vegetarian since I was 15 years old (nearly 27 years now). I have friends who hunt to feed their families. I am not critical of them, nor they of me.

Do not put responsible hunters in the same category as this psychopath.
