17. My longer comment wasn't placed, so here's a shorter version. TMZ has a tendency to portray Mel Gibson as a trouble maker and anti-semite.
First, people should not misrepresent their personal opinion that MG is a bigot as an established fact. It's a wrongful assumption. You'd have to believe people are never unfair, or that drunk people are never unfair, to consider such an occurrence proof that a person is a bigot and that itself is a biased, unrealistic portrayal of reality. Also, this was a once in a lifetime occurrence that shouldn't be falsely portrayed as the opposite, a characteristic trait. Facts are the fabric reality is made of, when people have to twist them to make a point, not only do they not have a point, they have cast doubt on their own motives or their ability to think in a balanced way.
More and more people, fans and 'non'-fans alike, are increasingly alarmed by the amount of hatred and callous condescension coming MG's way. Contrary to MG, who misbehaved only once and apologized, these people attack MG continually and show no remorse. The time that we are willing to take these continual attacks based on this one time incident seriously is over, it's beginning to look a lot like hatred and bigotry itself. One thing is clear, regardless of whether MG is a bigot or not, many of those attacking him are at least themselves infected with the disease they accuse him of having: A hateful attitude with no respect for or interest in balancing facts and emotions.

19. The TMZ guy shooting this video sounds like a dweeb who used to get teased a lot
in school and now is ecstatic that he can attempt to poke fun at people who won't
tease him back.

It's not even close to being funny.

And "total pinhead" - where did that one come from? Is there something about this
TMZ guy behind the camera that we are not aware of?

20. Gee whiz do ya think someone at TMZ has a thing against Mel Gibson? He's a super award winning actor and director. What's your boss known for? Interviewing passerbyers on the "People's Court" and this brand of trashy "journalism". I wouldn't believe anything he or his employees said if their tongues came notarized- on this subject or any other.Agenda driven "reporting" is ruining the country. Let the consumer beware.

21. Do you not know that Jesus said our words are spirit and that we will be judged by them? People who live, act and talk like God like there is no God as if they are qualified as a judge of others, ARE GOING TO GET A BIG SURPRIZE -YES, THAT MEANS ANYONE. God is no respecter of persons, no matter how many people say they love you and approve or disapprove of you. I'd leave Mel alone if I were you!
