This is a stupid lawsuit if all the facts have been disclosed which I believe is not. I'm sure that will be exposed in court. haha. Basically when a will is drawn an executor is named and carries out the intentions of the will. A beneficiary and executor can be the same party which is assumed is Whitney Houston. As others said why wasn't her step mom named executor?? Doesn't make sense if he wanted her to have all the moola. Then Whitney's role would be irrelevant yet she's named the executor so doesn't make sense. Something smells like a rat. LOL.
