Urine Trouble -- Whizzinator Makers Plead Guilty

The two whizzes who created a device to beat drug tests just learned a valuable lesson: You don't pee on the United States government out of a fake penis and tell 'em it's raining.

Robert Catalano and George Wills have just plead guilty in U.S. District Court for conspiring to sell the Whizzinator -- a prosthetic penis sold with a heating device and dried urine which, quite obviously, helps people fake their way through drug tests.

A couple of famous people have been busted for slangin' around the fake phallus over the years -- including actor Tom Sizemore and former NFL running back Onterrio Smith.

The streamline engineers face up to eight years in prison and a $500,000 fine.

16. We've got a Whizzy in our house, got it a couple years ago. Worked GREAT! Also got the unisex one (mainly for females), not as effective nor easy to use. No need for either anymore but Whizzy was a great idea and a lifesaver at the time. Too bad these guys may have to go to the big house over it.

17. This is scary. What is going on in this country. First Tommy Chong now this. How is selling this product illegal?

18. The product itself is not illegal. Freedom of speech is a joke in this country.

20. This is rediculous...I don't condone drugs whats so ever and I surely don't condeone devices that help you cheat on a drug test; however being a liberal I say live your life and do what you got to do...But if thye aregoing to prosecute these guys for inventing it then thye need to prosecute all the companys that make those pee clean drinks you can by that supposedly cleanses your system. Like someone else said drugs only stay in your system for a certain period of time so urine tests are not that great way to measure drug usage. I've heard of some courts requiring hair samples since drugs for some reason stay in your hair until you cut it....Anyways don't prosecte someone for their inventions prosecute the idiot stupid enough to caught using it!!1

22. Goldenseal & lots of water. Dilution is key. But Goldenseal can mess you up if you don't drink A LOT of water. Aspirin to give your watered down urine a level of acidity accepitable by testing labs. And finally B12 vitamins, to give your urine that healthy urine color. (otherwise, your pee will look like water and thus, provoke suspension by the tester) And that children is how I passed a yearly drug test while being a Contract-Government Employee for the Military. (who needs a Whizzinator?!)

23. You've got to be kidding me!! If you haven't seen A/K/A Tommy Chong yet, make sure you do. You'll see how absurd this government has become! This is kind of going off the subject but there was a great letter to the editor in the Sunday LA Times that suggested the oil companies bail out the auto makers.....hear....hear!!

24. This is the same US attorney that was involved in the Tommy Chong case. Shes a loon.

25. That is completely ridiculous! Fine, let's sue the inventor of guns for conspiracy of murder! how many people are killed by guns each day and there's no lawsuit against the creators/manufacturers! how many people have potheads killed? NONE! quit drug testing and save yourself the money.

They make people take their pants off now just because of this device. Guess they want to try before they buy now.

WE MUST TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY FROM THE NEO NAZI GESTAPOS RUINING OUR FREEDOMS!

28. I'm perfectly fine with responsible drug use which means not at work or while driving. And I don't see any problem using a device like this to be able to do what you want in the off hours while keeping your desk job. BUT, I don't want to see the device used to keep an impaired driver on the road or the airline pilot in the air. Some jobs demand higher standards. I figure when the boss starts paying blue collar workers 24 hours a day he can dictate what can't be done in the off hours.

That being said, I'm not and never have been a drug user. Many of my friends are, and I've lost several friends who were killed by drunk drivers. I also think pot ought to be legalized. Tax it and sell it in liquor stores.

29. Hey, geniuses at TMZ: It should read "they pled guilty", not plead. Learn how to write!

30. Pee on the US government? The US government does worse than pee on its citizens with prosecutions like this! As for urine testing, when did the people ever surrender to their government their inalienable right to personal and private consumption of whatever they may choose in their own personal and private bodies? The entire drug war violates the 13th Amendment of the US Constitution, effectively enslaving citizens who haven't been convicted of any crime with presumed governmental ownership of their personal bodies. Too bad the US Constitution has not properly been in effect since March 9, 1933 when it was indefinitely suspended by act of Congress for the purpose of the US Government declaring bankruptcy and being acquired/reorganized by the Federal Reserve. For more than 75 years our US government has been privately owned by folks who make money keeping certain drugs illegal. In a nutshell, that's the problem.
