62. Can you honestly say that you're shocked? Probably not. Kristen is 18, she can do whatever she wants. Getting photographed like this is definitely not a good thing. What she does outside of the set or whatever has nothing to do with Twilight. Think about all the press promotions that Kristen has been doing. That's probably why she has bags under her eyes.
Weed doesn't get you going, it calms you down. So if she were high at her press tour stops she'd probably be extremely tired. She hasn't been.
I think the publishing of this photo is pretty damn rude. Obviously some people on the TMZ Staff toke.

63. Looks to me like she wanted to get caught. A wake a bake in broad daylight lol thats pretty sad for a number 1 movie star that she cant find anything more productive to do. Maybe its just a cry for attention? Most potheads are very paranoid people and very cautious when smoking. Common sense would tell you roll it in a joint or cigar so atleast it could be passed of as something tobacco related. But smoking a bowl right on your front porch, thats just ludicrous for anyone. She could have atleast put the sunglasses down to hide her identity, but she didnt. If she wants to be helpful, start campaigning to legalize it. Then the government can tax it and we can get out of this stupid recession. Hey, atleast its not crack right? I think we found the start of the next half baked.

68. I watched her interview on Letterman and she doesn't seemed stoned she just seems very uncomfortable in the interview process. if she chooses to get high thats her business but I agree she shouldn't have been doing it outside on the front porch.
