Axl Rose is accusing Dr Pepper of doing the same thing he did for nearly 17 years: Screwing people out of what they were promised.

Rose is accusing Pepper of profiting off the Guns N' Roses name, after the soda company's website malfunctioned during their free Dr Pepper giveaway on Sunday. The 20 oz. handouts were a promise made by Pepper if "Chinese Democracy" ever hit the shelves.

Axl's lawyers are demanding full-page apologies in four major newspapers, an extended period of time to collect on the free suds and payment for unauthorized use the GN'R name.

34. I'd rather have a Dr Pepper than have to listen to a song from the new CD. I heard the songs on the radio....once was enough. The music is good but as soon as butt-wipe Axel starts to sing, its like scratching nails on a chalkboard

35. I am a big fan of Dr. Pepper, drink it regularly, but I do agree with this gent: The one-day window to snatch a coupon off the internet was too short. I had heard about it last week but on Sunday, a friend and I went to see the Eagles in concert in Hershey, Pennsylvania and it hit me as I was driving home, "Arg, I forgot to get that Dr. Pepper coupon."

36. Dr Pepper should bring Guns and Roses to court for using its name to promote their album that no one will buy. Who wants to listen this washed out group's crap anyway? They are simply horrible and is one of the most untalented groups ever! Frankly speaking, they give rock and roll a bad name. I wish all the bad things will happen to them, hoping no one will buy their album. Last but not least, kiss my ass GNR!

40. I had been planning on naming my first daughter Alexandria (Alex) Rose, THEN Axil Rose made his jump into the crowed in St Louis, Now her name is Alexandria Charlie, named after Grandpa Charlie.
